Advisory The Municipal Government of Benito Juarez will be charging all guests in the area of Cancun and Puerto Morelos an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $76 Mexican Pesos per room per night.     I have been going to Royal Solaris 20 years plus It’s always been great Eder and Oliver they have been there for years and are the best All of the staff are excellent Food and entertainment Great For the price and service it is excellent So for a great experience this the place

    Royal saloris vacation

    Had an amazing time at this resort , big shout out to Dayana, Maggie and Eduardo they put on a good show everyday , they were so friendly and nice definitely recommend coming here 10/10 experience you will love it!!! The food is also really good at this resort

    Nice Hotel

    Everything was very nice, except for the food, the beef was tough and of very poor quality, but the staff was very friendly, Daniel Diaz and Alma Rios made our trip more pleasant and easy with all their help and information. In the restaurants, Ivan Olvera was excellent, Dalai and Roberto were very good waiters!

    Great family vacation.

    My family just got back from a 7 night stay and it was such a great experience. Every staff member was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms have soap and shampoo as well as a hairdryer. Our room had a lagoon view with a balcony. The staff helped us book an excursion to to Cenote la Noria which was really fun, we loved the ATV ride! Food was hood at the buffet but the alarm carte restaurants were fantastic, specially Rosmarinus. We will definitely be back!

    Best Tropical Vacation

    We had the best time. Super friendly staff, always helpful, and made us feel at home. Gorgeous views from the room. I loved hearing the ocean all night. Easy access to the beautiful beach. We loved the pool activities, swim-up bar, and relaxing seats. They were careful about food allergies. We like the shows at night. I love the location on the peninsula. Water on both sides for the resort.
