We travelled for our 25th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms could use some updating but overall were very clean and comfortable. We plan on returning February 2026 with our family. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

We had a nice stay in Yucatán. Staff like Marielle, Lizbeth are pretty good with family!! Nice gift and decoration for my son birthday! We liked the white party and the Mexican show ! Only thing we missed is a door between room and washroom, lack of intimacy for family.

Having previously emailed the hotel about the room tax before we left the uk we knew exactly how much it would cost per room. We were a family of 14 and booked 5 rooms and arrived on the evening of march 28th 2025 after a 10 hour flight and a nightmare in cancun airport totally shattered. We were the first off the bus to the check in and the woman at the desk took our passports and tried to sort out our rooms, which took so long most of the last people on our bus had checked in and gone to their rooms, having some children in our party this was a little annoying. Finally she allocated us our rooms and said it would be 700 Mexican pesos each room for our 14 night stay paid only in cash a total of 3500 pesos. We were very tired and just wanted to go to our rooms so we started to count out the cash then I remembered the email from the hotel and read it on my phone which clearly stated the tax would be 475 Mexican pesos per room giving at total of 2375 pesos for our stay and could be paid in cash or card. Clearly she was demanding cash because she was over charging us and trying to scam us, so after we started questioning the tax and that she wanted cash rather that card she started getting angry and as we were at this point also getting angry as it had been well over 45 minutes just to check in we were getting nowhere. Luckily someone else came near us to check in with another receptionist at the desk and we overheard them paying the correct room tax price and also paid by card and we were quick to point this out to our irate check in woman and we demanded 4 times to see a manager, then finally she decided that the room tax was 475 pesos per room not 700 pesos and if we wanted we could pay by card. So after almost 1 hour to check in we paid the correct amount of tax and got our rooms, as this is a very busy hotel I just wonder how many people this woman has checked in and tried to scam.

A wonderful family holiday
We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday. The hotel staff were friendly, kind and couldn't do enough. The variety of restaurants was great, being able to use the sister hotels was an added bonus.We would visit again.

You Yucatan hotel
Hotel absolutely lovely, great staff and very friendly throughout, lovely surroundings with amazing tropical plants, hotel room cleaned to perfection every day, lots of wildlife around, beach is lovely only has a bit of seaweed sometimes, lots of bars and lots of food with plenty of options, would definitely stay again
