Wedding
The service was great, there were lots of food options if you go hungry that’s a you issue, the rooms were clean and well stocked with water, pop, beer and hard liquor. The soap / shampoo combo wasn’t a fan of. There wasn’t any body lotion, or conditioner. There aren’t many outdoor bathrooms, this became annoying a resort his size and only had 4 stalls by the pools. It’s obvious people were using the pools as their bathrooms 🤢 The swim up pool was always full of drunks (they way over serve) We had our symbolic wedding ceremony on the beach and it was great! Fatima and her group were amazing. The officiant was fantastic, well spoken and super funny, made the day more enjoyable. The steak house was great, service was fantastic and food was amazing. Lots of activities to do during the day and into the evening. Chris in the entertainment group was great! Always interacting with everyone. We had 3 birthdays the week we were there and they all went above and beyond to make their days special! The lobby area was great lots of seating and bar service. The sports bar had all sorts of coffee option in the morning, iced coffee with baileys was a hit The buffet was always good, lots of fresh fruit, guac but no chips which was weird. The burgers at pepes were weird had a weird texture. You have access to the Jalisco so we check it out was a nice resort as well, needs some upgrades as does the Vallarta, some of the rooms were old. We were upgraded to a beautiful room and had lots of space. The rooms have screens on the patio doors so that was nice to sleep with the door open and no bugs in the room. The concierge guys were great, check in/out was smooth any issues anyone in our group had it was dealt with right away.

Incredible Time
This was a fantastic place. It was so clean. The food was excellent. The customer service was incredible. It was so much fun watching the entertainment. The staff was great--friendly and high energy—a place to go. The only issue is that we were on the 8th floor, and the air conditioning compressors were above us. As a result, the bathroom was extremely noisy, hearing these units 24/7. However, we shut the bathroom door and put a towel under the bottom door sill, and there was no issue. But if you are a light sleeper, you may have a problem.

Best resort we have been to in years!!!
We have found our go-to resort in Mexico! Great staff, rooms, food & entertainment. Beds are very comfy. Cons-pool & beach chairs are reserved very early in the morning, only 1 out of 4 pools is heated.

South Dakota Group--2nd time here
Overall very good experience. Rooms were above average and clean. Food was so so but typical for an all inclusive. The steak restaurant was the better one of the ones on site. What made this trip stand out for me was the level of service they were willing to help with to accommodate me and my wife. I threw out my back (my fault) and was in severe pain. The lady at the small desk in the lobby helped with everything we asked or gave her. Sorry I didn't get here name but she was awesome. She even called the room periodically to make sure we were ok or if we needed anything. The concierge/bell man arranged our cab for me to go to a chiropractor and the cab driver stayed with us throughout the whole appointment. I can not thank these individual enough.

Bride's Parents Stay
This was a family friendly resort. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the ease of getting to buffet. The kids enjoyed the one heated pool
