We booked a last minute getaway to our favourite hotel in Mexico and it has not disappointed. This is our third time in the last few years and it continues to improve. Food, Drink, Staff etc are all exceptional. To much to write about here but one example is I noticed there was no tonic water to compliment our gin in the room so I sent them a message via their app and received three cans half an hour later. Complimentary of course because it is all inclusive. The only down side is that I will have to go to the gym when I get back to burn of all the weight I have gained !

Arrived at reception lovely genteman greeted us called Edwardo.rooms were lovely housekeeper amazing.resturant was clean and food was good Laura and Felix took care of us.alacartes were lovely beautiful beach.really enjoyed 2weeks there so going back next year.

Third visit
Enjoyable stay. Good amenities, happy and ever-helpful staff, enjoyable food and ideal location. A couple of minor issues in the room, but these are down to the resort's age.

RIU Tequila
Great holiday location, with the beautiful beach and Playa Del Carmen within walking distance. Staff are the friendliest you could ever come across. Entertainment is 1st class. The whole area is so clean and well maintained.

Perfect in every way!
My husband and I have stayed here 5 times now in different months over the years. This time we had 2 weeks of lovely seaweed free beach, diving pelicans and wall to wall sunshine, just one wet day just right for shopping. Happy days! This hotel is excellent in every way, spotlessly clean, the staff are all so friendly and happy, the food is outstanding with so much choice and the entertainment is great. We always feel very safe and love coming back. Hopefully we will again soon.
