    The rooms her were clean, the staff when you check in and out could have been nicer. The activities sem to all be by the adults only pool. Since we had 3 children with us we were unable to go over and watch any of the activities or listen to the music. There was lots to choose from at the buffet. There was no issues getting chairs around the pool. Lots of coatimundis here but I love animals so they were never a bother. All in all it was a nice clean resort it would have been nice if there was a bit more entertainment by the pool where EVERYONE can enjoy.

    That was our second stay in Riu Tequila. Everything was just excellent. All our family loves your hotel. This time the beach was very clean. All your staff was excellent, ready to help any time during 24hours. One day we told at the reception desk before our dinner, that water in our shower room did not get out. The problem was solved very quickly, during our dinner time. We could continue taking shower right after we came back from restaurant. We definitely will come back to your hotel our next vacation, cause we all sure that your hotel is the best in Playa del Carmen area. We also have one advise to your hotel from our family: it would be even better if you make an agreement with Riu Playcar and Yucatan to allow people to change the wet towels in those two hotels instead of going back to Riu Tequila just to get clean and warm towels during a day. This little inconvenience was little bit bothering for us for last two rainy days. Otherwise, our vacation was amazing. Thank you very much for all your staff, who was working very hard to make our vacation non-forgettable.
