    Not the best

    Very disappointed this time around, 80% of staff are amazing and what are what make the experience enjoyable. Hotel rooms need work, house keeping very laps. The hotel ran out of bread 2 times which is a basic thing!! Entertainment team lovely and foam party are fantastic. We done the catamaran trip which was lovely. This isn’t a 5 star hotel!! Disappointed The weather was superb

    Really good all inclusive

    This was a really nice all inclusive and we were allowed to use some of the facilities in Riu Montego Bay as well, including the 'waterpark' (it's 4 slides). All the staff was extremely friendly, everywhere was clean, plenty of space by the beach and pool in January, decent food and we were able to use all the amenities on our last day even after check out and shower in a very clean changing room. Ironically one of the most annoying things was staff and the Riu app were constantly asking for feedback, we counted that on the first day we got asked to provide feedback three times in person and then every time we opened the app! Worth noting that our room we shared between friends had one of those totally unnecessary, semi transparent windows from the main room into the shower so there could be more privacy in these rooms if you're not travelling as a couple. The main problem I would say is that getting drinking water anywhere other than your room could be weirdly difficult. At the breakfast and lunch buffet, they could be oddly forgetful about bringing water even after asking for it. They'd offer to top up your wine even without asking but would forget to bring more water even after asking. I think it would be better for everyone if water was brought as a default since it's so hot and also would stop people from getting drunk so quickly. Even at the pools it could be a struggle to get drinking water, although the main pool bar usually had a huge tank full of drinking water by the side most of the time. Would also be good if breakfast could start a bit earlier (06:30 am) for all of us who are jet lagged at the beginning and so that we could eat properly before the weekly excursions that leave at 07:30 am.

    Riu Reggae

    Our vacation was wonderful & relaxing. The only complaint is that the Riu properties were close to the airport with noise from the departing planes. Other than that, excellent!

    Great value for money

    Great hotel - looking for a good time with good food and a friendly atmosphere? This is the place for you. Great beach location Staff were really attentive and friendly - all the bar, restaurant, entertainment and housekeeping, general hotel staff work tirelessly to look after guests and keep the hotel spotless Food was great in the buffet and a la carte restaurants Rooms and facilities also very good Good value for money
