This was our 3rd year with Riu PV and it was our best trip yet. The Palace renovations are beautiful and very appropriate! Our room was significantly better than we were anticipating. The service, as always, we'll beyond measure! Thank you so much!

excellence throughout the property
we experienced our 3rd wonderful stay at the Palace Pacifico since their renovation. the attention to detail on all levels is something we do not experience at the best international resorts. if i have one complaint it is that we were woken numerous times by yelling and screaming in the halls and on the property between 1 and 4 am by what we can only assume are intoxicated guests during our 2 week stay.

A great all inclusive week in the sun.
An excellent all inclusive week in the sun. Hotel is wonderful, beautifully clean and well presented. Our junior elite club suite was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was our first all inclusive (we would normally be more adventurous, but just wanted a quiet easy week to relax). The restaurants on site were all pretty good, the buffet was always good, well stocked and offered good choices. Only criticisms would be that the Italian restaurant wasn’t great - rather bland and poorly executed. I’d also like to have seen less fried and heavily sauced / oiled dishes in the buffet.

Hotel Riu is a five diamonds rated!
Our second time in Hotel Riu! Best experience ever! We always recommend it. I want to take this opportunity to tank all the personal in Riu, they are very nice, friendly, and respectful.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resuming the Riu Party events upon the completion of the renovations.
