What We Love
- No reservations needed for any of the restaurants.
- This palatial paradise has two shimmering pools, plus a prime beachy location. Sun worshippers, you'll be in love.
- Tucked into a gated, upscale community, the swanky decor here is modern and chic.
- This Beach Eden is geared for families and adults, so the crowd isn't a rowdy party crew.
- Weights. Cardio. Stretching. It's going on every morning and afternoon.
- Dipping into a relaxing steam bath and whirlpool after your stress-smashing workout.
- Carving out some much needed naptime on the beach. The swaying palms will be your lullaby.

Spectacular Beach Resort
This resort in my opinion ranks in the top 5 of my favorites for all inclusive resorts. The lobby, grounds and style all receive high marks. Loved the fact that the lobby was air-conditioned. Staff members were unbelievable. They all worked hard and everyone knew what they were doing. The room was older and is in definite needs in the next year for updates. It was in no way of not sleepable but you can see that it's time. Food was sensational, especially the wide range of offers from the buffet. There wasn't a thing that you couldn't find to eat. The beach is truly the highlight. No erosion, beautiful palm trees and lots of chairs The pool on the other hand was a towel game. I didn't care, the beach was the star. All respect to the staff and Riu Palace Mexico. You deserved the 4 diamond award.

Superior food and fruits selection!!!
We were impressed by food selection in the buffet - giant shrimps, lobsters, different meats and fish. The fruits selection is amazing! There are even blueberry, blackberry, strawberry and raspberries! I'm traveling several times a year to different Carribbean All-inclusive resorts at different price level, but never saw that many. Beautiful beach with wide sand line, palms and calm turquoise water. Restaurant are nice as well. The only thing we don't like is the room, which is really outdated. We will be back!

Good and reliable
Some more variety of menu would be nice - year after year the same menu. Labelling of food while good could be better especially for those with food allergies

March-April 2025
Grandparents with a grandson of 4 y.o. 3rd time here. A wonderful place to relax, everything was great. It's hard to recall any downsides—though clearly, that’s what the reviewer is aiming for, as the company seems to be looking for ways to improve their service. Well, for example, the waiters in the restaurants are a bit too familiar: on the very first evening, a waiter patted me on the shoulder and immediately touched my wife's shoulder too. What can I say—friendliness is evident, but to me, that was a bit too much. You can show your friendliness and goodwill in other ways. I could also mention: the housekeepers speak poor English, but that’s no longer an issue—ChatGPT handles it easily now. Wi-Fi is good throughout the entire property.

Spring Break 2025
Great hotel for accommodating a large group of parents and young adults. We enjoyed the pool-side entertainment and the energetic staff. The layout of the rooms is subpar. No bathroom privacy and the room with the toilet in it is not ideal for anyone over 5'6. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next to and above you. It is also difficult to find a place to put suitcases. There is only one bench and no luggage rack. Would be challenging with more than 2 people in a room. All of that being said, we spent very little time in the room. One person would go on the deck while the other showered. The pools, spa and beach were too lovely to worry about the room conditions. Our large group had a great time. I recommend the lobby bar and adjacent coffee bar for the best drinks. We did not have issues finding pool or beach loungers.
