    Comfortable place and stay

    We had a very nice vacation. Beach was great, food very good (especially Krystal restaurant) and food choices great. Staff made the vacation just what we wanted.

    Option 3: Short and Sweet "Perfect Cancun getaway! Stunning sunrises and sunsets, beautiful turquoise water, and great entertainment. Relaxed atmosphere, not too party-heavy. Highly recommend!"

    Great Time in Cancun

    My wife and I stayed 4 nights in mid-January and had an awesome time!! The ocean view room was clean and spacious. The mini bar was consistently stocked. The staff was great…from Enrique and Jeranimo in the lounge bar to Ramiro in the Lobby/Daiquiri Bar to Emmanuel at the pool, we had the best service. Everybody was great…but these men made it memorable. We will be back!!!

    TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT!!!!!

    We are in our seventies from a small midwestern town. That said- we still know how to have a good time. The pools are great but they need a second restroom at the opposite end of all the pools. If you are elite, you will have no problem getting chairs at that pool. I played a couple of the pool games and won them both. GO GRAY!!! Valerie of the entertainment team was great. Get in the swim up bar early as it gets rowdy late in the day. As has been mentioned, no one seems to get out to use the restroom. We ate at the Mexican, Steak House, Elite, and buffet. They were all fine with the elite being the best. Steak and lobster. Saul took care of us at the buffet and Karen in the morning. She also works at the Elite. Room 1103 was great. (Partial Ocean View). The Lounge Bar was usually quiet and Roger was a great bartender. They had a pool table, fuse ball, food, and a couple of computers to use. It was our second trip and we plan to return. We met so many great people from Wisconsin and the midwest.

    LOVE THIS PLACE!!

    We have not been disappointed by our stay. Two years in a row. Food is outstanding, Hotel staff top notch. Cater to your every need. The entire resort is clean and tidy.
