    1st time at this hotel. Everything was great! Hotel and rooms are spotless. Staff is continually cleaning the hotel and grounds. Pool areas are beautiful. Food is very good. We ate at the buffet, Italian, Asian, and Mexican restaurants - It was very easy to get seated at their opening time. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this RIU and will return again. Do NOT trust any negative reviews!

    Excellent with a touch of Wonderful in its offerings and customer service

    Riu Palace KUKULKAN overall service was excellent! Customer Service was one a kind...Employees with the best professional demeanor we have encountered among many other all inclusives Cancun visits. Among professional worth mentioning, The Chef Javier, which assisted us with at one of the restaurants," Superb", also at the customer service area, Fernanda and Patricia,both, outstanding,,! Two areas of recommended improvements would be Pizza offerings and Pila Coladas..I would rate them both "B"...I am quite demanding and quite selective when it comes to those items .Overall,This Riu Palace is excellent. , Worthy of an "A" grade. We will certainly return. Thank you.

    The food (specially those cooked Veggies dishes)was so salty like double than usual. But the kitchen captain adjust it after we complained. So that was great.

    Even though the resort was full, it never ever felt crowded

    The only negative is the food. Plenty of choices just nothing special Everything else is excellent I can’t believe how many workers Everyone friendly and courteous The resort is immaculate Clean beyond clean A lot of walking but worth it Quiet and relaxing You can obviously tell that all the workers appreciate their job and that goes a long way when you’re on vacation
