Beautiful place. Clean! Very clean. Great service . Exceptional people ! From the front desk to servers and the RIU fit and fun staff . Everyone makes u feel like family ! The beach is well kept and beautiful ! Can’t say enough great things about this place . Will definitely go back !

Second time to this hotel and did not disappoint. Wonderful service from all the staff we came across during our stay. We had an issue with the shower and toilet on arrival. However, once this was reported it was dealt with and fixed very quickly and I was notified of this via the app. Excellent location and great service

RIU always a Good Time
Location is great. Hotel staff is wonderful, the rooms were a little dated but clean and big! Once they do their renovation update later this year this will once again be the best resort on the island! Overall a great place to stay!! With access to both of the other RIU’s located next door.

This is the 3rd time at the palace and this place has went down. They have roaches and once discovered they moved us to another room with roaches also. The food is nasty and disgusting. So save yourself some money and never come here. Complaints to management and she’s doesn’t even care

Great, stay at the Riu Palace
Our stay was excellent. We came for a couple’s birthday trip. We all enjoyed the food the bars the rooms were clean. We had a great time. I would definitely book with the Riu Place again.
