    Nice hotel

    This is a very nice hotel. Staff was great. Hotel is clean and seems well kept. Food was very good. Beach is beautiful, just wish there was more shade. You can walk for miles. It’s quite far from the airport. The ocean is nice but it’s never calm and it’s quite windy all of the time. Riu parties were so fun!

    Find another hotel

    Will never go back to Mexico because of the experience at this place. What genius thought it was a good idea to put down the most slippery tile in a place where people are always wet? We saw injured people daily! The food is subpar and my child got horrible food poisoning. The only redeeming part is the beach. Been to many RIU properties and always had great experiences until this place

    Excellent Stay at Hotel RIU Palace Costa Mujeres

    This is the second stay at a RIU hotel in Mexico. The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, the pool area and beach are well taken care of. There is a good selection of food in the buffet and the restaurants were also good. Would I go back or recommend this hotel to someone, absolutely.
