    We had a wonderful trip. Resort was kept very clean and staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!!

    Great Beach, Great Water, New And Well-Maintained

    This is the second year in a row we have visited the Riu Palace Costa Mujeres. This all-inclusive, family-friendly resort has beautiful, well-maintained grounds, a lovely and wide white sand beach, clear blue water, five pools, comfortable rooms. We love the daily yoga and AquaFit sessions with Nacho (*****) and J.P. (*****) and the piano bar. Luna (*****) at the front desk made our stay incredibly special by placing us in a room close to the room we had and loved on our first stay. Alfredo (*****) behind the bar at the piano bar is one-of-a-kind good guy. Really, the only negative is the basically long walk you have to take to get to a bathroom in the public spaces. The buffet food is good for what it is, but rowdy with kids. Our favorite restaurant is the Krystal. You can be on the grounds at basically anytime day or night and find staff members cleaning. They do a great job.

    Excellent!

    We had a lovely one-week vacation at Riu Palace. The resort is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and pools. My room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, with a range of cuisines to choose from. The buffet was great. There were plenty of activities and entertainment options to keep us entertained throughout our stay. Overall, Riu Palace provided a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. I'd definitely consider returning in the future.
