Mar 24, 2025Can not go between the 3 Riu’s.
You can NOT go between resorts here! Our friends were staying at the palace Cabo San Lucas and were kicked out of the Baja California. Also, we can not go to the speciality restaurants at the riu sentence or the palace Cabo San Lucas. Do not come to these Rius unless you are 19 and like to drink and have loud music everywhere. Look elsewhere for a nice adults only. The speciality restaurants at the Baja California are not existence. It a 5 star resort. Maybe a 3

They need better entertainment and more up to date music that will keep everyone entertained. Also, some restaurants could do better with the food choices

Great resort. Pleasant experience
The resort and rooms were beautiful. I would definitely stay again. The steak house was my favorite restaruant.

Superb view from our room
Very nice hotel on a lovely beach. Good choice of restaurants. It’s a pity the knives did not have enough serration on them.

Hard to believe that their is no bar in the front of the main hotel entry?? And in the restaurants- have only wine & beer? And at the theater bar we could not sit down and eat food? This is our 2nd time at this hotel and we go to the Kukulkan Riu in Cancun all of the time- Just last November and did not any of these issues Other than those 2 complaints- everything else was outstanding including the service and the quality of food!
