Refreshing drink upon arrival, loved our balcony room. Staff was personable, courteous and service superior . Food superb flavorful and fresh enjoyed much. Pool side barbecue was delicious. Although walking with an injury I felt I could do everything with no worries. Thank you for your hospitality .

Excellent stay
The room was perfect with partial sea view as described, clean, confortable, the staff is doing its best to provide a perfect stay. A lot of fun activities, perfect beach with perfect clear water. Food was great and with a lot of variety.

I would come back for a mini vacation. I enjoyed myself. The food was good. I did see a roach crawling around which made me concerned and the toilet in my room flooded the bar area but the staff came to our rescue and sorted the issue

Amazing vacation!
Amazing vacation and resort. Although huge, the layout is great. No lineups (except for the very popular jerk chicken station) and lots of everything such as beach chairs, towels and food. We were impressed as this was our first Riu vacation. Amazing beach and clean rooms with mini bar. Very good entertainment and the show by the Silver Birds Steel Orchestra on Monday night was exceptional! If I may suggest two improvements ☺️ Shower water pressure on the fifth floor of block 3 low and stewed foods were too salty. That’s it.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff.
Just returned from a 10 night break with family. The hotel is very big and has a lot going on, with activities and entertainment going on throughout the day. Excellent staff and excellent hospitality. Special mentions to all the entertainment team. Jay, Maddie, Alpha, Richcardo, Charles, Romardo. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was good, and something for everyone, drinks were excellent, and so many choices. Everyone works so hard to keep the guests happy. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.
