  See you again in July😁

  My family of 8 and I stayed at Riu Mo’bay in July, where we had a fantastic time. Our room was exceptionally clean, the staff work hard and were lovely, nothing was ever too much. We had to force ourselves to leave the complex and when we did we looked forward to going back. Unlike many hotels we didn’t have to leave towel on the beds, as there were enough for everyone. While we were there a friend purchased a day pass which entitled her to everything we had access to and my cousin booked a night stay sharing our room, where she slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable. The only reason I gave this review a 4* and not 5, is because I would have loved more Jamaican food. However, before I left out in a request for Ackee & Saltfish, with Fried Breadfruit and the next evening it was available. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. I’ve book again for July and cannot wait to receive the Riu treatment again. Thank you Riu Mo’bay!

  Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I booked this hotel for my 40th birthday.DONT DO IT!!! I am well traveled. wanted to try something different and fun. When we arrived there was NO ELECTRICITY IN MY ROOM!!!! If this is what I was looking for I could have grabbed a tent and stayed in my yard for free!!!!!!! The staff is unaccommadating and rude. Do not stay here! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The website does not have a schedule of events or the NECESSARY information about their app NEEDED!!!!!! TO BOOK the Restaurants !!!! You have to WAIT DAYS to make reservations so depending on how long you are staying there you may ONLY get to eat at the cheap buffet! If I wanted to eat at a buffet I could have went to Golden Corale! Which is a way better experience! Reservations could be done in advance IF the website had the information about the app!! How can we be responsible to make adequate plans when this resort is unorganized, falling apart, and just trash. 100% never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save your money!! Just lay in your yard and eat a turkey sandwich. If your vegan a veggie platter. Don’t waste hrs flying here for this. It’s my birthday and I’m sitting here hotter than a firecracker on New a years Eve! I’ll share videos and pics soon!

  Great girls trip!

  This resort is absolutely wonderful! The staff work incredibly hard. They are always cleaning every aspect of the resort. Completely spotless. Service at the restaurants was attentive, warm and professional. Thank you Trudy for always starting our mornings off with a big warm welcome! The food itself was great at the buffet with lots of choices. We tried a couple of the a la carte restaurants and found the food wasn’t really worth it, with the exception of the steak house. Regardless, always great service. There are always plenty of loungers on the beach and poolside. You can always find a quiet place to relax or join in the fun. The Roots bar was usually lively and entertaining. Thanks Kevin for always having a smile and amazing drinks! The evening shows alternated nights with fun games or great themed parties. Even the opening entertainment prior to the main shows was fantastic. We would head over after dinner just to enjoy the live music with some drinks before the main show. This was exactly what we were hoping for a fun girls trip. Thank you Riu staff!

  Vermont visits Jamaica

  All facilities and staff were fantastic! Three o’clock events at Roots were a blast. Staff who really made our stay even better include Tevoy, Brissett and Gavrick. Dancers were awesome too!

  The staff was friendly. The resort was always clean service was great for my first time didn't have any problems.
