    Second stay

    This was my second time staying at this particular Riu property and my third time overall at Riu. I will say this go round was not as good as the first. The first time was in 2022. The food and level of service was better the first time. I found it difficult to get reservations for dinner, although I tried booking them as soon as I was assigned to a room. Sometimes flagging down a server was a challenge in the buffet. The rooms were nice and clean, however I didn't love the pillows. One thing that was better this time was the entertainment. My stay this time was longer than the first so I spent more time at the resort. The entertainment was so good! Each night was something different. The spa is a must visit! I was pleased with the variety of options at the gift shop.

    The staff are very nice, very clean resort, a lot of fun and the food are amazing. I will definitely go back.

    3 night stay at fabulous beachfront hotel

    A short break at this fabulous all inclusive beachfront hotel only about 10 minutes from the airport. Our room was large and superbly appointed with private balcony and restricted seaview - unexpected as we had not paid for a seaview room. The hotel was immaculate. The staff were all so cheerful, friendly and helpful. Several restaurants- main one buffet style - and all were terrific….we will return!

    The best trip ever!

    I was so impressed by the service and cleanliness of the resort. The service overall was excellent, the person who cleaned our room was so pleasant and helpful. The resort was so beautiful, and everyone was so welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay!
