    Group of 125 people and all agree do not waste your money on this turd hotel.

    Dont even consider going to this hotel we went with a group of 125 people and every one of us absolutely hated it and these are people that have been here several times and could not believe how bad the food was and service. The hotel was 90 percent Mexican people and the pools had hundreds of kids. Some days we had 3 to 4 Mexican bands playing over each other no peace at all night time Mexican weddings blaring the music till late at night. We only ate breakfast there becouse I could get a fresh made omelet everything else was food that they would bring g out from last meal.i hears about how great the sea food was. Zero sea food none. But if you like dried out wieners in 50 different recipes you will be in heaven. Many different gross sauces to put on your wieners all of them not labeled. Actually none of the food was labeled so I would try them with a spoon like everyone else. We ate outside of the hotel for lunch and dinner every day which we were very angry but had no other choice. I would give them 0 stars if they gave me the option. Do not and I repeat do not go to this hotel you will ruin your vacation.

    Great

    Nice place good location. Lots of chairs and swimming pools. Tons of food options but only until 10pm. Easy access to cabs to D/T Centro or cheap A/C Green bus to Centro(13 pesos) or city white bus for less. Big beach area with waves. Lots of Tour/activity options. The Riu App and free wifi made it easy to get room service or reserve restaurant seating. Restaurants were great.

    Fantastic vacation

    Friendly staff, very clean . This was our second vacation here, first time was 7 years ago. Did not disappoint. Beautiful beach. The only complaint is the elevators are so slow

    Fabulous

    Absolutely wonderful experience! We arrived at night, and seeing the property in person took our breath away. What a beautiful resort. And I must mention the staff were terrific. Especially OLIVER, who was very helpful in making us feel welcome. We met several people who were there for the 2nd, 3rd, and even 6th time! We too will be going back for our 2nd time. We had the superior room over looking the garden, and to see and walk threw all the palm trees and flowers was so beautiful. Thank you for such a terrific vacation! Philip Homan.
