Visited for a family wedding. Lovely resort. One of the most beautiful weddings I have ever seen. But the island itself tolerates tourists, not welcomes them. Went out of the resort twice to dinner and received food before drinks? Also charged 200$ US for 10 mile taxi trips. Price gauging. 😔

Curacao is a wonderful place to visit
The hotel is amazing. The rooms are great-we had a balcony room with an ocean view. The staff is wonderful. I loved the manmade beach and pool with a view of the ocean. The location is right near downtown with a great selection of things to do-eat, take a free walking tour, visit the Jewish Synagogue and the slave museum, walk around, or visit the shops. Don't forget to see the part of downtown on this side of the Emma Bridge. Eat the banana soup at Governor. While in Curacao, take a sunset cruise, visit the caves and the distillery.

Da Scott’s Vacation 2025
The resort is very nice and in a perfect location.. you walk to the fort area where there is a lot of restaurants to choose from. The staff at the resort are very friendly and pleasant especially Shakira from the infinity beach bar and Shantel was great as well from restaurant buffet located at resort. We will definitely come back to this resort..

Overall, this is a solid hotel. The positives: 1) close to city center and walkable to the best neighborhoods for restaurants, bars, live music and historic areas. 2) very relaxed hotel - the staff is generally friendly and casual. Guests are there for a vacation and you’ll stay feeling like you are on holidays 3) great live music and DJ by the pool on Thursday - Saturday Last but not least, Alexis - he’s the MOST amazing human being and brings anyone up that he meets. He is so attentive to you … whether it’s holding the door open for you or making sure he can offer you water. He truly made our experience from great to memorable. He works in hospitality so his positive energy and genuine warmth makes me want to come back because of him Some areas of note: 1) this hotel is not on the beach so if you’re looking for a relaxing beach resort, look elsewhere. The infinity beach (pool) with its beachside bar is a nice offset to this 2) the cruise ships dock right by the hotel so expect to see lots of cruise ships to take from the panoramic ocean views Overall, this is a great spot given its proximity to so much to do and access to everything within walking distance.

Our base for 5 days in Curaçao.
We Stayed here for 5 nights. I booked through points so only paid for resort fees and whatever we spent at the hotel. Parking is free and right across the hotel. Never had an issue finding parking. The hotel lobby is nice and airy and folks are very helpful. WiFi was fast. Rooms were pretty spacious - we had the resort facing room so not much of view- it faces the parking lot and entrance of the RIF fort. The mall at the fort is right there with all the conveniences. There is a Starbucks on the 2nd floor which was very helpful in getting some food when leaving for excursions early in the morning. The gym is pretty awesome. My wife and I worked out once there. the infinity pool and the swimming pool are awesome They are built like a beach and have a beach club at our disposal, It was not crowded at all and super enjoyable. It’s centrally located hotel and we had a rental car so it was a great base for us. It’s more of a hotel than a resort but very convenient for our Curaçao trip. Highly recommended.
