Blissful getaway and vibrant atmosphere
Our stay at the Radisson Beach Resort in Grenada was unforgettable. The warmth of the people, the delicious food, and the vibrant atmosphere made it an incredible experience. One staff member, Akim, really made our trip special with his infectious smile and lively personality. He was always checking in on us and suggesting fun activities to explore. I definitely want to come back, mostly because of him! :)

Friendly and hospitable staff
Really friendly and hospitable staff. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are both spacious and clean. The hotel is situated right on the Grande Anse Beach and allows quests to either use the pool and dip in the warm and inviting Caribbean Sea during their stay.

Never going back
My stay at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort was somewhat very interesting, I arrived at the hotel March 22nd, 2025, early. My family and I checked in and went directly to the lunch area and for walk on the beach. We were offered a room 175 and handed our keys. NO information was given to us of the grounds, the rules, or where anything was from the front desk. On my first night- there was an event right opposite my room, that was very noisy, and you could hear the vibration in the room, also the walls were so thin, I could hear the guess next door use their bathroom and everything that they were saying. On my way out to dinner, I went back to front desk, and they did nothing. The next day I complained to the day shift, still nothing was done. After a day at the beach my second, which was great we hang out wet clothes on the pouch, and my husband trunks was gone the next day, we made a complained, the guy listen to the complain and again nothing was done. Ordering food, it’s about an hour wait, which was frustrating. The towel hut, I had to hold on to a towel for three days, because the towel hut always ran out of towels, and there’s never a body in the towel hut to help. ONE GOOD thing – There was a grounds man, I believe his name was OSWAL. Dreadlocks were so good to us, he provided so much information and help us. People like him should be a manager and recognize. I hope his management appreciate him. The grounds and room is very clean- bed is comfortable I would recommend that management – Trained the front desk especially the Night and Day shift- • Upon guess arrival, rules, details of the hotel should be provided • To pay attention to details, being mindful of guess needs • Provide follow-ups to guess complains • Lunch wait should not be an hour wait Would I go back there, No- because I was looking for consistency and that is not what I experienced

Amazing hotel
Lovely hotel. Pool was massive. The room was a little dated but you don’t tend to spend much time in your room so it didn’t bother us too much. Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from, continental and fry up. Naomi and Alana were so friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Terrible Customer Service & Unreturned Deposit
1/5 – Terrible Customer Service & Unreturned Deposit I stayed at Radisson Blu Grenada from January 24 to 28, and they took a deposit of nearly $300, which was supposed to be refunded upon checkout. Now, after two months, I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent multiple emails and made several calls, but their customer service is the slowest and worst I have ever experienced. They simply ignore emails, and when you call, their staff responds coldly and without any real assistance. This didn’t just happen to me—my friends who stayed with me faced the exact same issue. It seems like a recurring problem with this hotel. 🚨 I DO NOT recommend this hotel! If you plan to stay here, be extremely cautious with your payments and deposits. Otherwise, you risk losing your time and money dealing with their unresponsive and unprofessional service. 👎 Radisson Blu Grenada needs to seriously improve its customer service and refund policies.
