Check for weddings before booking
Be sure to check if there are large weddings before booking. Two large Indian weddings going on. , one has 200 guests and the other 100 guests. The larger one has a stage set up on beach and it’s just a heavy beat and very loud. Resort will do nothing about because of the revenue it has brought in as these weddings go on for five days Feel like in downtown Cabo at Giggling marlin or El Squid Row.

Beautiful and accommodating
Our first impression of Pueblo Bonito Sunset beach was nothing short of AMAZING!! Such a beautiful place. The service was top notch, expecially Victor. He was so helpful and caring. He took the time to explain everything about how the hotel operates and hot to get around. One of our friends was having a difficult time getting around, Victor went out of his way to help her onto the transport cart, grabbed an extra stepping stool and dropped us off in a different location with an easier access to help accommodate her injury. If this was just the beginning, I can't wait to see what the rest of out trip has in store for us!!! Thanks Victor!

Best place to stay this place is amazingly beautiful
Victor #29 helped tremdously with getting us to the room and giving us knowledge on different areas on the property. Times dates everything he’s a very nice guy and was a pleasure to work with. You truly have a great guy working for you. I think you should give him a raise lol

Great pool service, not so good room service
I’m going to be honest, when we first checked in, we were put into a room with no running water. We flew in for a wedding which we had an event every day of the week, even on the day we landed. Sadly most of the guests were dealing with the same problem however that got resolved within 24 hours. The highlight of the trip was our pool service with Alan in the principal pool. He was so attentive and friendly. We were serviced by wonderful people in the Sky Pool as well. We understand tragedies happen, but they try their best to accommodate 1000+ people at a time. Will definitely come back to this resort.

He took care of me and my 3 friends at the pool all day - we never wanted for food or drink, all with a smile AND amazing ocean views!! Will update for anyone else who gives us excellent service!
