    Great stay

    Great people. We have been here for 4 days so far and keep talking about how every worker we've come across has been happy, helpful, genuine and truly a treat. Denis is the market has served us two days and has gone above and beyond! Great smile and attitude. We will be back for the the views, the quality of the facilities and the people. 10 star.

    we had an amazing trip

    Luis at the sky bar was the best waiter in the whole world he did a great job, bringing us food and drinks whatever we asked for them and the service was excellent The view was absolutely beautiful and the pool was fantastic. everybody at the sky bar was very friendly and we had a very good time

    Starting to show its age.

    Beautiful resort, but starting to show its age. Staff, restaurants and food have always been good. Room service good if needed. Stay away from time share sales personnel. Had many issues with room, plumbing, water etc. Previous post was deleted.

    Amazing service and nice staff

    Everyone who works at sunset beach is so nice and friendly and always willing to help the service was amazing! Luis and Manuel at the sky pool were always checking in on us and helping us have amazing fast service. I loved coming to the sky pool because of them

    Luis and Manuel gave us amazing service at the sky pool at sunset beach! Always refilling our drinking quickly and taking our food orders whenever we needed to order! He was very kind and took very good care of us! We would love to come back and recommend the sky pool to everyone!
