Rooms definitely need to be updated. Food is just ok. Not much entertainment .Mercedes in the restaurant was a pleasure to see every morning. The sushi spot does have good food the coconutshrimpwas amazing. This is definitely NOT a 5 star resort.

This is a cute and quaint hotel. Though it’s a little dated for my liking. Food was also, just ok. However the over aesthetic of the property plus the immediate access to the Sea from their beach is the reason I gave this hotel a high review. The staff is fun and friendly. The property is family friendly. I would highly recommend on a budget.

We have stayed several times at Pueblo Bonito Rose and the surrounding Area keeps getting better with time. The resort sadly gets way too many people “reserving” pool and beach spots for hours and hours taking away from others. The shuttle to the pacific is hourly which is great if you want a change of scenery. Rise is walking distance to everything you need and there’s no need to stay in the resort everyday. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

Service is THE BEST!!!!
We own two weeks at this location and go back 3-4 times a year. People can't understand why we keep going back to the same location- Pueblo Bonito Rose in Cabo San Lucas. Its because of the environment and the PEOPLE (resort staff). From the time we get off the shuttle and we are greeted by Juan (he's Number Juan) to breakfast staff especially Ulysses and Daniel, to pool service (so many to mention here, so I don't want to leave anyone out) to dinner service in the Sushi Bar area (especially Ana and Samuel). This is why we go back to this location every year. This way my wife doesn't have to want for anything for the two weeks we are there. She is treated like my Queen and that in and of itself makes me happy! See you again in May 2025...... all the love, Troy and Donna Meyer
