Pueblo bonito staff
Pueblo Bonito never disappoints me, great service, the food it’s just amazing. Staff and the views are wonderful Thank you Guillermo, Juan, Joel, Jesus, Cruz, (bartenders) gave us the best service. They were absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough. Antonio Gurrola from Cilantro’s and his partner gave us the best service you could imagine. Please tip the staff, not mandatory but they deserve it.

Pueblo Bonita- with extra mucho gusto! ;)
Simply wonderful! We came with three other families, so we were a large force to deal with! Pueblo Bonita was a dream- always something to do and lots of options. We rented boogie boards from Arturo on the beach for the week and made great use of them! And my daughter enjoyed parasailing! been to several other Mexican all-inclusives and this beats them by far! The location is ideal- best beach in the area. You get the remote feel of a resort with the convenience of the street and city on the other side! We enjoyed trips to the Oxxo for snacks and visiting the vendors for souvenirs. Just a block a way you can enjoy strolls through quiet neighborhoods and a sweet park. It was the perfect combination of a resort vacation and culture! The food was fantastic, especially compared to other places I’ve stayed! The breakfasts at Paloma’s are a must, and the food by the pool was great (especially their fish tacos). We ate at Cilantros, Angelo’s, and Paloma’s for dinner and Paloma’s was our favorite. Mostly due to Victor and Javier! They were the best! They really made our trip memorable and we will genuinely miss them! The service is unbeatable- every single person was friendly and helpful! I am sure I will miss some but, here we go…Sofia welcomed us at check in and surprised us with a free upgrade to a luxury suite, which was greatly appreciated and gave us room to spread out (awesome with two teens), Jorge, Jesus, and Joel by the pool, Enrique and Miguel at breakfast at Paloma, Pedro “Pedro Pan” at Cilantros, and of course, our sweethearts Victor and Javier! You really don’t need to leave the resort ever, but if you do, we went on a whale watching trip through the national whale museum (MUNAB) and I highly recommend it! We got good close up looks at humpback whales playing and splashing and the boat ride itself was worth the price! Daniela at the concierge desk helped us set it up! I cannot recommend this resort enough. It doesn’t have the loud, party atmosphere with evening entertainment, but that is not our style. This was perfect, quality, and personable. Trip of a lifetime!

Beautiful Resort and Amazing Staff
Pueblo Bonito is the most beautiful place to spend your time while in Mexico. The staff is always extremely amicable and professional. If you have the chance to have Victor and Javier as your waiters at Paloma’s, you’ll have a hilarious dinner with amazing food and impeccable service.

Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan…Best staff ever!
Staff here is the best! Everyone here is genuinely friendly. Activity director Carlos Blanco is so fun and is a great dealer at Texas Hold ‘em. And a fun DJ too! He’ll even practice Spanish with you! But watch out Carlos; I’m gonna win next time!

A very enjoyable relaxing experience.
This was our first visit to Mazatlán and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Our room was in the centre of the complex overlooking the pool and ocean. We have been to numerous all inclusive in Mexico and the food at Cilantro’s was by far the best we had experienced. The waiter Isai and his team at Cilantro’s were excellent and very attentive to our needs. At the outside bar we like to give special praise to both Joel and Julio. They always had a smile on their faces and from our conversations with them, we really felt they were trying to make our stay a very enjoyable one. They are really good at what they do and an asset to the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
