Mar 23, 2025A Pleasant Vacation
Our stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay was February 20, 2025 through March 18, 2025. The check in process was very efficient and quick because we did it on line before our arrival. The weather for the first two weeks was great, but the last two weeks it was cool and very windy during the afternoon and early evening. The shuttle bus to and from town is a big plus making it easy to go to town and try different restaurants. The grounds surrounding the resort are really pretty and clean. My husband and I are determining whether or not we want to return there in two years.

The front desk reception person Ismael was great. Speedy service and very helpful. It was cold but beautiful. First time at this resort. Amenities dated but service impeccable. Some memorable people were Antonio and Daniel at cordeliere restaurant made our trip.

We had an excellent time for the month of March! Much thanks to Santiago Alvarado for going above and beyond to accommodate us! We loved our room location, patio, and how friendly Santiago was. Meeting all of our requests. We will definitely be coming again!

Our Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Home from Janie (Juanita) Russell
I have been coming to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Mazatlan MX for 23 years with my family. I have found Emerald Bay to be my home away from home. I remember to very first time arrived and the men who greeted us, said welcome home. At first I thought, I’ve never been here before. Here I am 23 years later and this is truly my second home. The resort is beautiful with my ocean front Condo. But what brings us back year after year is our family of people who work for the resort. Martin Olivas Thank you so very much for being so kind. You have not change your kind and caring for all of us through the years. You are amazing. The same goes for Domingo, Xavier, Irving, Jorge, Victor, Esteban, Raul, Miguel and many family from bartenders to waiters to maid staff. Thank you all !!

Awful 😖 place! I can't believe I paid $389.00 a night for this! Tried to upload a video but it wouldn't let me. The shower is old and dirty, the bathroom floor is nasty—can't even walk barefoot! 🤮 The fridge is...well, let's just say I'm not using it. #HotelFail #VacationRuined #TravelNightmare #MoneyWasted #BadExperience
