This was our fourth or fifth stay at Princess Heights. The location is beautiful, the accommodations are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking needs (we had all breakfasts in, lunches varied, and dinner out every night at good restaurants), and the staff is very helpful. From the balconies there are sweeping views of dawn Beach and nearby St Barth's Island. A car is essential!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Relaxing! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The atmosphere was incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep. One of the best things about this hotel was how safe and secure it felt. The Hotel was built high on the hills of Oyster Pond area so I highly recommend to have a car, especially if you like to explore the island. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. The amenities, from the cozy and spacious room with an awesome view of the Dawn Beach Bay lounge to the serene outdoor spaces, made my stay even more relaxing. If you’re looking for a stress-free getaway or a comfortable place to unwind, this hotel is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning!

Week getaway to St Martin
Great accomodation in quiet location with great staff. Large pool and deck area ideal for hanging out, reading a book, or meeting other guests. Walkable beach and restaurants. Great central location to explore entire island from (with a car).

Lovely hotel with spectacular views!
This resort sits high on the sea side which affords spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Bart's. The staff is so helpful and informative. The one bedroom suite was spacious with a large outdoor space. The room was clean and had all we needed for our three night stay. We loved the pool. Many options for dining within 10 minutes of the hotel.This hotel is very close to the French side. We would highly recommend this hotel and we hope to come back on our next trip to Sint Maarten.

Another great stay at Princess Heights!
Another great stay at Princess Heights! We bookend our St. Maarten visits starting and ending our trips here. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, beautifully appointed condos with full kitchen. Spectacular views. Quiet, peaceful pool. Looking forward to our next visit in 2025!
