Delightful stay in TCI! A week of chillaxing for the whole family.
It’s a warm welcoming environment for the family, perfect for kids, wonderful pool, great breakfast buffet. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The poolside bar was great- that mango daiquiri was delicious! Even more than these attributes, the staff, everyone, was friendly, of good cheer, always quick to smile, and helpful. I’d for sure come back!

Great 2nd experience at Ports of Call Resort
Our 2nd time visiting POC with the family and we had a better experience than the first. The front desk staff Jodi and Emmanuel attended to us as we had arrived slightly ahead of check in ( considering we're traveling with 2 babies this was a great accommodation) Thank you to them!! The Hotel is a small and friendly resort with new upgrades to the pool, rooms and furniture. The breakfast was served well with a combination of hot and cold items. Mercedes and Melany made sure all the essentials and food were stock and interacted with us and other guest to make sure we enjoyed breakfast. Having breakfast included within the stay was a key reason for choosing this hotel. The pool had comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas with a jacuzzi and regular pool to enjoy. The Bar was on pool side with Watson the bartender providing a welcoming experience to his guest, preparing good drinks, and entertainment with Bingo and other games. The beach is a quick 2 block walk across the hotel. While the golf cart does transfer on the hour, I feel they should provide more assistance in this area; perhaps every 30 minutes or when guest need assistances. The beach also provides chairs and umbrellas for their guest. The location of the hotel is key. It's close to the beach, next to shops, restaurants, ice cream parlor and across from the supermarket. All in all we enjoyed our vacation at POC with the beautiful white sand beach of Grace Bay

Awesome 3 family stay at Ports of Call!!
Five-Star Family Stay at Ports of Call Resort – Turks and Caicos! Our stay at Ports of Call Resort was absolutely wonderful. We traveled as a group of three families and found everything about this resort to be perfect for a family-friendly vacation. We stayed in spacious poolside rooms that were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up—with cozy mattresses, quality bedding, and a great seating area. The back doors opened right out to the pool, which was a huge plus for the grandkids—so convenient and safe, with easy access for fun any time of day. Each morning started with a complimentary delicious breakfast that had something for everyone. We also loved that tea, coffee, and pastries were always available throughout the day—a nice touch that added to the welcoming feel. What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible service. Sandy and Jodi at the front desk greeted us every day with kindness, warmth, and big smiles. Their helpfulness and hospitality truly stood out and are a credit to the resort's general manager, Aggie, whose warm presence made everyone feel at home from the moment we arrived. The pool side bar service was next to none and the daily happy hour specials were simply awesome! The location is also ideal—walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We never needed a car, which made everything even more relaxing. A great bonus is a regularly scheduled golf cart ride to the beach running every 15 minutes, how can you beat that? We would happily give Ports of Call five stars. It's the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, value and genuine island hospitality. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

First visit to Provo
For our first visit to Provo, we really enjoyed our stay at Ports of Call Resort. The staff was warm and friendly. Everyone, no matter their position, was helpful. Margarit was always attentive to cleaning our room and providing supplies. Watson was a good sport st the bar and around the pool. The grounds/building crew as well as the wonderful front desk staff were always warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were a pleasure see each morning too. The pool was clean and access to chairs/umbrellas was never a problem at the pool or the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the island.

Excellent value in a great location
My friends and I had a lovely stay at the Ports of Call hotel, and found the hotel to be an excellent value. It is in a prime location, centrally located and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a grocery store and a short drive to the airport and other places of interest. We found the room to be clean and spacious. There were four of us staying in the room, and we liked that there was a couch and a little desk area, which made it comfortable for all of us to be in the room together. The beach was a quick 5 min (or less) walk away, and on an absolutely gorgeous stretch. We took a long walk down the beach one day, and after seeing other areas, we all decided the hotel's stretch of beach was our favorite. The pool area was very pretty and we enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub. The breakfast wasn't great - no frills and pretty low quality. We ended up having fruit and coffee and then finding other food for the day. (There were multiple spots within walking distance.) Our experiences with the staff were mixed - some were kind and extremely helpful, and others were short and dismissive. However, the price was unbeatable, and overall we were happy with our experiences at the hotel especially considering the value.
