Staff is rude and food is gross
This was honestly the worst vacation I’ve ever been in my life not only were the staff rude and disrespectful they refused to give us the room we originally payed for. The food was nasty and undercooked plus the tables we dirty and required maintenance, beach is overcrowded would not recommend coming to this resort

Day Pass Worthy
Although we were restricted from certain activities and areas because we were not actual guest of the resort, we were there on a day pass, which we purchased through our cruise ship. The property was clean, and the landscaping was beautiful. The food was plentiful (served buffet style) but in my opinion was bland, most in our group also commented that the drinks were watered down. Overall, I enjoyed my time there; the beach was nice and relaxing, and the pool was not overcrowded.

Thoughts on the Resort
My husband and I were at this resort April 4-11. We met up other family members while we were there. The resort itself was kept very clean and that also includes our room. The staff were absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Martin (mgmt)and Lydia (dining room). I do know that this is a family resort but our last 3 days there, there were about 6 unruly kids in the pool at the volleyball net. They had no respect for anyone else in the pool. Every morning I and a lot of other people would do the water aerobics. A few of us had to leave the pool because these kids would be getting in our way. They were jumping off the bridge and off the deck after being told not to. They had no regard or respect for anyone that was in the pool. Where were the parents? Beats me. There needs to be signage about the jumping. Someone is going to be seriously hurt. I know that Spanish is your language but people would like to hear other languages also when it comes to the music around the pool and other areas where it’s played. And not so loud. It’s deafening. We did have a good time and it is a beautiful spot. Will I return? Yes! Hopefully I’ll be able to finish the workout.
