Everything was nice, in the restaurant gusto Angie Jenny was really kind! She took care us as and we felt so beloved! Thank you! The hotel offer everything you need. Only spa is too expensive in my opinion, unfortunately, because I wanted to enjoy a nice massage but between 230 and 300 dollars is a shame! For the rest very nice!

The view is magnificent only if you upgrade, very very clean, staff was amazing, hospitality was top notch. Food poor . We used costco travel, we took a micro bus poorly planned trip, we were packed like sardines. My spouse and I are under 5’4 and the leg space was negligible. Keep in mind a whole day trip with 2.5 hours of driving both ways, we dropped off one tour group and waited 30 min to pick up another. There was no “guide” during the mini bus trip, even a pre-recorded tour would have been nice. a little history or cultural background would have been appreciated. Costco travel tanked in this one. Recommendation book one activity at a time, so won’t get stuck with a sucky company for all your excursions!

The experience at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica was an excellent one that I won't forget! The staff are friendly and work incredibly hard to ensure everything went smoothly. Also, if you want a friendly face to talk to and one who also makes a great mojito, see Paola at the pool bar!

It is what it is
Well….. I did this one for the kids who wanted a Caribbean type all inclusive after spending 5 nights in cool boutique places elsewhere. On that point it met expectations. Staff was pleasant and service was good. Food was meh. Room was meh (AC could not keep up). Beach was awesome and pool decent when it wasn’t a forced loud party. Making a reservation for a restaurant was not so easy. To eat where we wanted requires 9 pm reservations. On the whole just not my thing when visiting an ecological wonder. For 3 nights of sun it’s fine. I give 3 stars, wife gives it 3.5 and the 21 and 18 year old 4

Cabana Booking
We booked a Cabana at the resort and Irene did an amazing job of taking care of us from the morning till the evening. She brought us drinks and food throughout the day and continuously checked up on us. Also ensured that everything was cleaned up. Great service.
