Here are things people need to know and things they need to improve: 1) Silent party - not enough equipment during peak season. what's the point of having silent party when people who do not have the equipment cannot enjoy the music. you need to line up to grab the equipment, line up to return the equipment, and people who have the equipment just hold it while others are waiting in line. with no equipment, you cannot hear the music and the resort is not fun. 2) line up to get in the buffet, line up to the omelette, 20 mins to grab pancake. the size of the buffet is small compared to the size of the resort. i've never had to line up for a buffet in any resort before! that's ridiculous. 3) no food in the beach area. only a bar. 4) app to book restaurants is ok, but you will have to do it from midnight to get the steakhouse restaurant, for example. 5) Braza Grill - the meat are either too dry or barely cooked. and they give you a little bit. then they just assume you are done. they will ask you if you need another round of meat after a while. don't just assume the meat will continue to come. 6) Aquafit is only 15 mins long. 7) not many daily activities mentioned actually happened during non-peak seasons. 8) Entertainment - not much happening at the main pool during the morning. the music is not even on. 9) the beach volley was there on my 1st day of stay. then the net just disappeared. 10) they only put the pool volley net when the activity is scheduled. they removed it right away. why don't they just let people to enjoy playing pool volley all day. there are 3 pools, why not leave it there??? 11) if you want to play tennis, bring your own racquet. the ones out there are soo bad for a 5 start resort. that's why no one even plays tennis. there are 4 pickleball courts, not bad. but beware for the garbage smells in the morning, they can kill you while you play.

Amazing staff. Felt welcomed from start to end with room service, bars, and restaurants. Everyone was quick to help us with any problems and made sure our stay was a blast. Our food was impeccable and stood. out among other resorts. Would definitely visit again!

Jan 06, 2025A Showstopper Experience: Fun, Attention to Detail, and Exceptional Service
From the moment you step in, this place is a showstopper! You can instantly tell that management has an eye for detail. The property is impeccably clean, and the grounds are beautifully manicured. The staff's attentiveness is palpable at every corner. There are two entrances: one exclusively for adults and another for families. Entering through the main entrance, which caters to families, you're greeted with applause and lively music in the main lobby. It's a blast right from the start! Entertainment is everywhere, creating a vibrant atmosphere for everyone. There's a movie theater and multiple venues where you can enjoy your favorite tunes. For those seeking a more relaxed vibe, there are plenty of quiet spots too. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the occasional long lines and the food quality. These areas could use a bit more attention, but neither is a deal breaker. Overall, this is the kind of place you'll want to return to again and again! Our butler, Jerry, was absolutely phenomenal, checking in with us multiple times a day and always eager to assist. He made sure we were in the loop about all the exciting events happening throughout the resort, adding an extra layer of fun to our stay. No task was too big for him. If I had to choose one reason to come back, it would be the exceptionally memorable experience Jerry provided.

An Amazing Experience for All
Me and my family had a great experience at Planet Hollywood. Great place, beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and pool are great. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful for any need. Our Butlers Ameth and Laura were truly an amazing help, they provided instant help or support for any needs, questions or wants. They truly made this trip stress free.

World class beach and service
Awesome spot to vacation! The beach is world class. The staff was amazing. The butler service that comes with Star Class made the trip even better. Ameth and Laura took care of all our needs and helped with all the little details. I recommend this destination for everyone!
