Great resort and great people, Josue on the entertainment staff always made sure we were having a great time and made sure to do as many fun activities as possible, he was by far the best part! Food was good and lots of options and dessert options. overall all the staff were very nice and accommodating with everything needed ensuring we had a good time. Rooms are very clean and nice, fully stocked mini fridge daily and all amenities provided when needed(not star class) Thank you

Kids Club at Planet Hollywood Cancun
We are finishing up a 7 day trip to Planet Hollywood Cancun and wanted to leave a review on the kids club. We have a 7 year old girl and 4 year old boy. We thought they would do a few activities at the kids club but we didn’t expect that it would be difficult to get them to leave because of how much they enjoyed it. Each day our daughter wanted to read through the list of activities on the app and always picked some her and her brother would like to do. The women working at the kids club were fantastic with the children and they have a lot of really great activities. Some of the activities our children participated in: treasure hunt, fossil dig, mini chef experience (they made pizzas when we went), tree planting, cookie decorating, football bingo and crafts (we were there during Super Bowl), puppet show, and lazy river adventure. They also host the foam party at the kids pool. You can see what is planned for each day on the PH app. The kids club normally closes at 6 but they did have evening activities on some of the evenings we were there: a pyjama night, a mini disco night and a kids camp night from 7-10pm. The kids had a lot of fun playing games and dancing. The kids club is very safe. You log in your children and leave a phone number that they can contact you on WhatsApp to let you know if your child wants to leave. The kids club is next to the dinosaur splash pad so you can lounge nearby or you can venture off. When the group leaves the kids club for an activity they have purple PH pinnies on the children and there are multiple staff members keeping a close eye on the children. We’ve recently been on the Disney Fantasy, which gets rave reviews for its’ kids club. Our daughter (7) loved both kids clubs. Our son (4) preferred PH because he could stay with his sister. On the Disney cruise he needed to stay with the 3-4 year old group at the Oceaneer’s kids club if his sister ventured off from him for activities more geared to her age group. The PH kids club is smaller but this did mean that the kids could get to know the others more easily and the instructors learned the children’s names. Overall, we thought it was fantastic and our children had a great time. Thank you to Fatima, Cinthya, Rose, Alis, Wendy, Itzel, Bere and Marey at PH Cancun for giving my children such a fantastic experience!

Planet Hollywood Cancun offers fantastic amenities, including a fun-filled kids' pool with pirate ship slides, a well-equipped fitness center, a stunning beach, and a relaxing lazy river. However, be aware that many of the extra attractions—such as the Flowrider, air park, and arcade—come with steep additional charges, which isn’t clearly communicated upfront. The resort is well laid out, with a spacious family section and a separate adults-only area. However, the buffet restaurants struggle to accommodate the number of guests, leading to long wait times for breakfast and dinner. One of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment—both the schedule and the staff were outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about the team, and a special shout-out to my bartender, Diego, for his excellent service! The biggest letdown was the food quality at the specialty restaurants. For a resort costing nearly $10,000 for a family of four for a week, the dining experience should be exceptional, but instead, it was disappointingly mediocre. This alone would make me hesitant to strongly recommend the resort to friends and family.

Great for kids
My 5yr old loved the Kids Club. Cinthya, Rose, Alis, Wendy, Itzel, Bere and Marey were all great and the hard part was convincing him to leave! The food is actually good, with lots of options. We really liked the app, it made it easier to book activities and to know what was happening around the resort. Thanks a lot.

Iley at guest services was fantastic! He helped us make the most of our time here. The food was excellent, beach was beautiful, and the shows were a lot of fun. Small cinema was a nice touch when we were overheated. Resort amenities were great, mini golf was a big hit.
