Planet Hollywood is a great resort for a week with friends and family. The rooms are nice, the resort is nice, beach is nice but most importantly the service was great! Edwar and Angel were our butlers for the week and made our stay that much better. They dealt with all of our reservations, excursions and helped with any questions we had along the way. These two guys deserve a raise for the amount of work they put in. If I were to come back, I would be requesting to have them as our butlers again! We will be back

It’s a VIBE
We stay here at planet Hollywood and we were treated like royalty!! We went to Cancun for my 40th birthday and our butlers were Susy and Molly!! They were AMAZING they decorated our room(just because) and bought me a beautiful birthday cake!! We are already planning our next stay at Planet Holllywood and will be requesting both Molly and Susy for this year!! Those ladies are our family now!! Everything and everyone was nice and welcoming!! Food was great!! We also attended a foam party, it’s a must! Kids and adults loved it!! At the foam party victor was the star with his sick dance moves

Great Resort
This resort was one of the best all-inclusive we have ever been to. Don’t be afraid of people giving bad reviews, because this place has excellent facilities, restaurants, and a very good buffet. We always read reviews before and after our trips. If you give this place a bad review, you shouldn’t be traveling to all inclusive resorts. All of the staff was overly friendly and a few that we got to know were wonderful. Victor and Francisco were great pool area servers and wonderful ambassadors for Planet Hollywood resorts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. Luiz in guest services was also a great help as was Criss at Check-In.

Amazing experience!
Our experience with Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun was second to none. We had Star Class and our butlers Yomelly and Jerry were amazing!!! They were always there to help with all of our needs (reserving restaurants, providing us with the daily activities schedule, and even decorated our suite for my birthday!) Karla at the front desk was also fantastic! The food and servers were great! Lots of options to chose from. The steakhouse was our favorite. I highly recommend this resort!

First international vaccation
Susy and Molly I woud to thank you both again for all your assistance and advice during our vaccation. We all had an amazing time and having both of you help guide us through our first international vaccation made it that much better. On behalf Eric, Candace, Rob and myself I like to give you both a huge huge hug and thank for everything🌹💜🩷🌹 The bed and pillows were amazing! The rooms were perfect.....the view...what can I say about the view....breath taking!!! I would also like to mention how friendly and out of his way helpful the doctor on site was. His compassion a d concern for my well being was over the top. I think if it wasn't for his persistance I never would have gone to the hospital for the care I needed. Everythibg was perfect!!!!!
