    The resort is quite nice. Good to very good food and staff. The resort is starting to look a little beat up given its young age. The beach is beautiful!! The problem with this resort is that profit is totally placed before customer service. There are some real issues with this resort: Real lack of shade around pools and on the beach. Lack of umbrellas, many are broken. This is easily fixed if the resort would spend money to purchase many more umbrellas and or palapas. Booking restaurants is a joke, the app is glitchy and you cannot get reservations without trying 30 times a day. Cannot get reservations and then walk into the restaurant to see it 75% empty. Lack of staff is the issue, Hire more staff! Loungers is insane here, the worst of any resort I have ever been to. You will need to be up by 6:30 or you will not get a chair. Easily fixed by more chairs when you over sell the resort. There is plenty of room to accommodate more chairs by the pool and on the beach. I watched Star class butlers take loungers away from the Adult pool to the Star class section. Nothing is enforced, people smoking in the pool, wearing bathing suits into sit down restaurants. The entertainment team promoted spring break behavior, encouraging excessive drinking, lewd behavior during contests. Talked about 69 being his favourite. Fun is great but this is supposed to be a five star, Marriott Autograph Resort. You will line up at the cafe all day everyday. There are even long lineups to get into the buffet. All due to lack of staff, no reason for it except to maximize profit!

    Experience to the Planet Hollywood in Mexico Cancun

    The experience that I have here is when I asked the blower machine is not working.i call 2 times I expected to change to give one but no one give to me.secondly when I went to adult scene and one of the visitor to tell me that he paid the chair.i complained but the butlers said to me I need to pay 150 dollars.all i know I paid already when we came here in Planet Hollywood and I know we are included for my package.i want to fix this things for all the vacation people here. But the name Luisa and Wicho they are very nice and friendly to us.They are the one to tell us everything what ever when we need to ask. And thank you also to the receptionist in the front.everything is good.i had so much fun and my husband.

    LOVED MY EXPERIENCE

    service was great the whole time at the poolside area and pool bar very friendly and fast the people assisting with tours and experience were friendly and amazing the room was clean room service was regular and helpful providing us with what we need however the only poor expierence was the steak house service wasn’t great took my plate before i was finished and steaks were undercooked

    Great to relax

    Had a great time during our vacation at the resort. The resort has something for everyone Adult scene was the best. The butler services provided by Jerry and Yomelly were fantastic. Great guys making sure we were taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy. 5 stars to them.

    Service was very excellent, especially entertainment team wilder and Luisa I enjoy all the games and especially the dancing very friendly good experience and good friends with my best friend Robert 😎 the Butler. I’m a TRAVEL SMART membership and enjoy every day here.
