Best stay ever, excellent service, beautiful views and perfect location..Reception staff has answers for all your wants. It was great to come back and find our place clean . The Green bus took us to the best beaches, market,downtown and the most important places for $13 pesos!. Restaurants across the street is excellent and great price. We couldn’t have chosen a better place.

Beautiful resort
We stayed here for a week through RCI, in a gorgeous 1 bedroom condo (room 1501) with a balcony. All rooms are ocean view. It’s a small resort, right on the beach and the staff is wonderful. We ate here a few times and the food was good. It is out of the way, near the marina, in a quiet area. Uber was 80 pesos to the Golden Zone and 160 pesos to the Malecon or centro. The gym has 1 bench, a few free weights, a cable tower, treadmill, bike, elliptical.

The hotel was very clean and the employees were amazing. The problem was the royal membership I was offered and the representative that tried to sale it to me. He was unprofessional and very disrespectful. Other than that, Yohanna, Feliz, and the maintenance crew are great!

Although we appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the location, nothing else met our expectations. We were accosted with expectations of spending money on membership, tours, and the like. Even the towel people were not very courteous. We felt uninvited and uncomfortable. The restaurant was ok, but not great, and the constant prodding for tips was annoying. We did like the location. The beach was quiet, the pool nice. Across the street was a cute little restaurant with good food, and a food truck with fresh ceviche. Those people were friendly, service good, and food fantastic.

Drinking water issues
We were at the hotel for a month and planned to do most of our own cooking. Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel we found the tap water was not drinkable.(I had contacted the hotel ahead of time but could never get anyone who spoke English) and the only solution given was to lug our own water jugs from the store down and across the street, The rooms and pool area had lovely views, the beach was fantastic to walk on but the ocean was not swimable. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by construction. This hotel caters to Nationals not expats as most of the staff does not speak English and none of the TV channels are in English
