Beautiful family resort
Beautiful views at every turn. We upgraded to the deluxe plunge pool suite that was well worth it and perfect for a family of 4 with two small kids. Food was generally very good, albeit sometimes slow to arrive. Great kids club and pool setup..

A Memorable Stay with Stunning Views of Nevis Peak
Our stay at the Park Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. The Amazing view of Nevis Peak was a constant reminder of the beauty of the island and made every moment feel special. We loved the boutique style of the hotel-it created an intimate, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The adults-only pool was a true highlight. With elevated setting, it offered some of the best views on the property for quiet relaxation or soaking in the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The tours arranged through the hotel were well-organized and gave us a deeper appreciation of the island- truly memorable experiences. We left dreaming of our next return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking beauty, comfort and a touch of luxury.

Lacks the Luxury 5 star experience
Great place to go with kids and enjoy the carribean weather. Housekeeping was phenomenal. Here cknea the sad part, Beach was barely cleaned every day, non existent pool services, get ready to organize and make your own chairs daily, lack of courtesy, if you are a Globalist forget any special treatment. At best it’s a 3-4 star. Doesn’t live up to expectations.

Gorgeous resort with every amenity for both fun and relaxation
We stayed at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts for 6 nights, Sunday - Saturday, in room 902, a beachside king suite in Building 9. The location of our suite afforded excellent privacy, as it’s a corner room, so we only had neighbors on one side and very little foot traffic. Our well-shaded terrace opened right out to the Ramparts adults-only infinity pool, providing many a days worth of relaxed lounging with a beautiful view of not just the pools and beautifully manicured grounds, but also of Banana Bay. The suite layout is very spacious, with sliding plantation-style doors fully enclosing the bedroom. The bathroom could be accessed through a couple of different sliding door entrances and the closet was very large, with plenty of hanging and drawer space. There is a full-size sofa bed in the living room. Building 9 is also conveniently situated directly in front of the well-appointed gym and spa, a major location bonus for us, given our recreational interests. We ate onsite for most of our meals. Hyatt Globalists enjoy complimentary breakfast from both the buffet and a la carte menu, which made for abundant and delicious breakfasts everyday (and an incredible value!). We also enjoyed dinner at the Great House restaurant and found the food uniformly delicious across all meals. The Caribbean Sunset BBQ is not to be missed— what a luxurious spread! Service at the Great House was also excellent from all the staff. A special shout out to Nekeisha, who remembered all of our dietary preferences across the week and always went the extra mile. Iesha was always so welcoming and helpful and Tisah was very thoughtful and considerate. And a particularly big thank you to David and Fernando for their help ensuring we had just the type of accommodation we wanted— we were so happy with the suite! The only suggestion we have is to improve the quality of some of the water sports equipment. Some of the single-seat kayaks had broken adjustable foot rests, resulting in an inability to comfortably sit according to leg length. For the standup paddle boards, some of the paddle handles would not lock, which meant the handles would rotate and slip and slide down while paddling. It would also be great to add a rowing machine to the gym, though the existing equipment, including 2 Peloton bikes, was great. All in all, we truly loved our week at this beautiful resort: gorgeous location and landscaping full of blooming trees and shrubs, wonderful accommodations, great customer service, generally really good facilities, an abundance of recreational options, and onsite water taxi service to Nevis (rent an ATV there from Kevin at Nevis Scooter Rentals: it’s the best and most fun way to see Nevis!). We plan to return to the Park Hyatt St. Kitts and have recommended it already to family and friends.

Great staff, beautiful property
Beautiful resort. I had read up on everything I could about the space and saw some chatter about staff not being overly friendly so had my guard up slightly. Absolutely not the case at all; everyone who works there is completely lovely and went out of their way to make sure everything is going well, Michael, JJ, etc. all great. Rooms are wonderful, suite was well thought out with sliding dividers for some privacy. Place is not a “scene” and is very quiet at night…even during peak April spring break if felt half full but that was fine by us as traveling with two kids. Restaurants options are solid if pricey. Stone Barn IMHO isn’t worth the cost (and I like tasting menus). Fisherman’s village is a cool structure/experience. Great house is amazing for breakfast (helps to have have status so it’s comped). Will say each meal will likely set you back $200+ so plan to mix in some eating time off property. Nearby spots such as spice mill, reggae beach (on a Friday), boozie’s, etc are fun and cheaper. Great snorkeling right of hotel beach provided hours of enjoyment. Overall, highly recommend due to hotel beauty + staff wonderful attitudes + activities to do on campus and off.
