We loved the Asian restaurant! Angel was amazing!! Food was top notch including sushi! 👌 I loved There was a nice mocktail option. The beach Is beautiful as well. We enjoyed our three night stay very much. Stunning views, clean beach, great service. 10/10

Paradisus Paradise
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our concierge Christina was fabulous. She made our stay one of the best experiences we have had. She was responsive to my many questions, and helped to ensure we had reservations for all 8 of us whenever we needed. She also helped to answer ways to get the yellowtail fish back that the guys caught.

Excellent stay at Meliá Paradisus Los Cabos - March 2025
This is our second time in two years at a Meliá Paradisus property using the Reserve services. The Reserve amenities at our previous property (Paradisus La Perla) were excellent. The Reserve pool, restaurant, private bar, etc. were worth the extra expense. That said, our concierge was just ok, and we were concerned that it would be the same in Los Cabos. Fortunately, Juventino was an excellent concierge. Not only was he efficient, he was also kind and attentive. Kevin and the entire staff of Sante were wonderful. Carlos and his team went out of their way to provide a top-notch beach and pool cabana experience. I am probably forgetting several people that should be mentioned. We had a lovely, relaxing experience and highly recommend Paradisus Los Cabos.

Great location and views from the hotel. Confortable and clean room. Staff is AMAZING, the best I have seen in all inclusive resorts I have visited in the last 20 years of travel. Management should me so proud. Food was very good across all restaurants. Special mention to Eduardo from El Cielo, Karina from Sante, Jhan at Aquamarina and Max at the Pool bar. Premises are well maintained and customer service is clearly their priority. Highly recommend!

Great experience
Great week! The best customer service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive. Note there is no buffet for lunch and dinner but good restaurants with varied menus. The beach looks amazing, although there aren’t that many chairs and its a bit of a walk. But the views, wow! Great room and amenities. Everything is CLEAN. The grounds are immaculate as well.
