    Great experience.

    Excellent location, friendly staff - Servando Popoca the security guard was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. I plan on returning and strongly recommend this resort. Accommodations are excellent and the staff is very courteous and considerate-

    Love it here

    This was our second time staying at this resort. We love the food ,staff (Fransico) was amazing all week on the beach. The best beach in Cabo doesnt disapoint. We plan to return every year. We love it here and highly recommend it. Can't wait to.come back next year!

    We booked the reserve class, but we were not put in the reserve building. Our room was the furthest away from the reserve pool and the restaurant. Our Concierge was MIA for most of the time as she had a medical emergency, which I understand fully, but no one else took her place. There is a steakhouse that only reserve guests can go to. However, the food is terrible and you even have to pay for water. The rooms were basic, maybe because we weren’t in the reserve building. However, the hotel and grounds are immaculate. Additionally, the service at the main pool and at the reserve pool were outstanding and they deserve accolades The maid service was good but we had asked that the room be cleaned every day at 11:00am but they would come whenever they felt like it. The first day we did not receive maid service FYI, they do not have a nightclub and do not have nightly entertainment, I think we had two nights of live music in the lobby bar. In conclusion, I do not think the reserve is anything special, don’t waste your money on it. It was very upsetting as none of the managers would talk to us, which I find strange because you think they would want to know what is going on to better the enhance the guest experience When we checked out, we asked that they comp our water and our movie because of the lack of service and room location, but no luck I don’t mean to sound picky however I have been a travel agent for 30 years and I just find that the attitude of the managers and the lack of getting a reserve experience would deter me from returning

    The food is one of the best and Carlos at the beach and Daniel all over the place are absolutely the best. Book reserve if you can.. it’s worth every penny! The swim up is excellent and the resort is just the right size.. big enough but small enough to get everywhere fast!

    Beautiful and spotless inside and out. Entire resort provided GREAT service

    If you want a reasonably priced, mid-range resort this is a great choice. The service is exceptional, and food choices are plenty. The rooms are basically glorified hotel rooms, but we had three connecting rooms for two couples which is what would take me back to the Paradisus. Everything was spotless inside and out. We were the only people we are aware of that had this three room option, so RCI customer should love this!
