Great 5 Star All Inclusive Resort.
Great all inclusive 5 star resort. The facilities were great as well as all the restaurants. Great pool and beach facilities along with a swimmable beach. Great choices for different types of food. Lots of good wines and beers available. Rooms were well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Nice touch with mini bar included. Awesome to watch the release of the baby turtles on the beach. Whales were seen in the ocean breaching and blowing. Highly recommend this resort for couples. There were a number of weddings and a conference that was well attended and looked after at this resort. Would love to return in the future.

A Wonderful Stay.
Simply put an amazing stay. We booked the Reserve level rooms and from the moment we walked in were whisked to the Reserve Lounge to be checked in. We were introduced to our Concierge, Carlos who was the most attentive, professional, friendly, knowledgable and anticipated our needs without having to be asked. This is a mark of effective training and leadership which was evident by the manager, Diana. Diana, leads by example, she understands the importance of the customer experience. Paradisus, don't lose her, she is excellent. In fact the entire staff of the property is trained on the customer experience, from the Bell Captain and team, front desk, restaurant workers, housekeeping and even the maintenance crew all greeted you with a warm and friendly smile and wish you a good day. The hotel grounds are beautiful and they work daily to keep it fresh. Housekeeping deserves a special acknowledgement, we were in rooms 3215 and 3216 and they took great care to ensure our rooms were cleaned properly and smelled like a spa. Thank you housekeeping! All in a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend the Paradisus Los Cabos, it's a special place. Thank you Diana and Carlos for making it extra special.

We absolutely loved our time at the Paradisus! Luis Basilio was amazing and tended to our every need! The staff were so friendly and the food was good. Breakfast there was absolutely amazing! Our room had a swim up pool and we absolutely loved relaxing on the deck. We can’t wait to go back!

Great low-key resort to relax and enjoy the pool/beach
Our 3-night stay at Paradisus was fantastic. This small, adult-only all-inclusive resort features a large pool and an accessible beach. I chose Paradisus for its swimmable beach, a small cove of rocks right below the pool area, after researching the beach situation in Los Cabos. The resort is easy to navigate, very clean, and modern-looking. Check-in was smooth, and we enjoyed seeing the staff dressed up for Día de Muertos as well as the various decorations around the hotel. Although our wristband key didn’t work initially, it was quickly fixed. We did receive a Melia Rewards pitch from our concierge, which we could have done without, but overall, it was a welcoming experience. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, so we had drinks and a quick lunch at Agua Marina, enjoying the tuna tartar and excellent sauces for the chips and fish tacos. We returned to Agua Marina later for more delicious bites. Our room, with a garden view, was clean and up-to-date. The staff did a great job with turn-down service and daily freshening. We found dead termites on the balcony and around the room, but they were not on our belongings, so we didn’t mention it. On our first night, we Ubered to San Jose del Cabo for the Día de Muertos celebrations. The town was beautifully decorated, and we felt safe walking around. It was a bit busy getting an Uber back, but manageable. We spent the next two days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the 50% capacity, which meant no fighting for cabanas or chairs. The service was friendly and efficient. Note that you need to claim your reserved cabana by 11 AM, which is important if the resort is at full capacity. A walk on the beach is highly recommended for its gorgeous scenery. The water in the cove was warm and amazing. Breakfast at Malva was the food highlight, with everything fresh and delicious. We dined at Capella (Italian) and Cielo (Mexican) for dinner; both were fine but not amazing. The food truck by the pool was decent. We ended each night at the Ginger bar, enjoying music in the nearby lounge, with the Kids Monsters band being a lot of fun. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. We would stay here again, but would plan for more excursions to the surrounding area. This trip was strictly for reading, tanning, drinking, and relaxing.
