This resort is amazing. We’ve been here multiple times and had an incredible experience both times. This review is for our after dinner cocktail at Nubu. My wife and I were served by Alexander and Daniel who took care of us. They made great drinks, played bachata music for us to dance to, and were really entertaining. 10 out of 10.

Wonderful time in Punta Cana
Our family loved our stay! The beach was phenomenal with gorgeous green and blue water. Our kids loved the water park. It had great slides for everyone. The main pool was also a family favorite. The food here was above average compared to other all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at. The buffet had plenty of good options, especially at breakfast. What set the buffet apart from other resorts were the servers. Specifically Darlin and Marlin. They were beyond outstanding! Every morning they welcomed our family with open arms and a fresh table. They had our coffee and drinks ready to go, and made us feel at home. It was a joy to see them every single day during our trip. I can’t say enough good things about them! Alula was a great restaurant on the beach. Kárnica steakhouse was also outstanding (I highly recommend the skirt steak). Our favorite restaurant was Tori, the Asian restaurant, specifically, the tepoanyaki experience. The chefs were engaging, friendly, and very skilled! The food was great and everyone enjoyed it immensely. The daily drink workshops were also a highlight. Edna was great to everyone and I especially enjoyed the tequila and rum tasting, and the margarita class. Would absolutely recommend this resort to others!

Great family vacation, March 2025.
The parody is grand. Cana in Dominican Republic has been our favourite all inclusive ever! We travel with our three teenage kids and my parents for a total of seven people. We have travelled the world together, experiencing all inclusive all over North America and other beach properties in Africa, Asia, and Europe. This is our second time to a Paradis’s property, the first being in Mexico in 2020. We love these properties! The best selling feature is their relaxed environment. You do not feel pressured or rushed to access any of the amenities.They have full amenities including VIP level concierge service. We did not get that, and we still had a fantastic time. The rooms are fantastic with all suites. Spacious and very clean with very comfortable beds. The staff is very attentive without feeling overbearing. To access all the amenities such as the daybeds by the pool, the restaurants, the buffet, and the nightly activity, there was never a rushed feeling for availability. Yeah, The beach was fantastic! We could go down at any point during the day, and there was always plentiful loungers, all with umbrellas. The white sand was clean, and the water was perfect. We met several people that came back to this property four or five times and the quality has remained very consistent. Of all the properties we’ve been to, this is one that we will rebook with, and that is something very rare for our family! The service at the breakfast buffet was particularly excellence. A great vibe with good energy and very attentive staff. I’d like to give a shout out to Darlin and Marilin for being great all week!

A pleasant experience that in many ways even exceeded expectations which is something we would not usually say. We’re fortunate to have the opportunity and means to travel often and spend time in warm climates for some time to escape some winter in Canada. Our first visit to DR and are pleased that this was recommended to us by our TA. Facilities, cleanliness, food, and staff were equally top notch and well trained in customer service. We would like to include all of the staff that have impressed us but that would risk missing some that are also deserving to be recognized. Jackson at poolside did suggest this review however which we gladly provide.

Our second time at the resort, went back for the waterpark. Pros: 1) Rooms are modern, clean and spacious 2) Pools are clean and not crowded 3) Resort is well staffed and attentive /friendly 4) Resort puts a lot of effort into varied events and entertainment, it can be loud at night though (until 11pm or so) 5) Waterpark! This was the main reason we went back - geared towards pre teens and below. Our kids are 2, 4 and 6. Never crowded, quite large and good variety. Cons: 1) Food and restaurant reservation availability. - this is a major issue they need to work out. Food quality is overall quite poor both at buffet and restaurants (if you can get into one) - for a la carte they have a dysfunctional reservation system and don’t use restaurants to capacity, forcing most travelers to the buffet (no you can’t book before you go either).. kinda false advertising that you’ll have options - they claim to be working on “fixing the system” but it was a similar story 2 years ago and has actually gotten worse in our experience. 2) Waterpark doesn’t open until 11am so for little kids only accessible for half the day, It’s a tad inconvenient to get to (shuttle likely required from most guest rooms) but no big deal and runs regularly.. 3) My wife got food poisoning from their sushi restaurant then night before we traveled home. Yep worst fear all week was realized. Thankfully it was her and not the kids (or me, nervous laugh!) 4) We didn’t make a single room charge the entire week but were held hostage from checking out for a half hour due to someone else putting a beach cabana on our room number. Annoying with 3 kids and an impatient cab driver. 5) Room service food menu is very limited so yeah still hard to avoid the buffet 6) There is a family concierge option (in theory) for an up charge. We had it on our first trip but found little benefit as they weren’t very responsive and only were able to get us 2 dinner reservations in 5 night stay. This visit upon arrival we were told they were “sold out” so not an option. Family concierge folks get waterpark access at 10am, one hour early.
