Not the best....We didn't have one great meal the entire time we were there. The only "decent" meal was Lemon Fish. We were supposed to have our rooms adjoining (took our teenage kids) and they put us on different floors. Lack of amenities. I would have liked to see fitness classes throughout the AM- they only had early AM classes, which if you're on vacation I would prefer mid AM. The facilities are showing its age for sure- lots of roof leaks, peeling paint, etc. Customer Service was low level. No activities for teens at all aside from pool/beach. Definitely the worst all inclusive we have been to for sure. Will not be coming back.

Cielo.. Wow! Wow! Best restaurant in Paradisus Cancun. The aesthetic is very simple but the food was far from that, every single dish that we had from starter to dessert was amazing, flavoursome and just wow! Moises the gentleman that served us was very kind in explaining the meals and answering any questions we had. 10/10 Highly recommend!!

The Mexican restaurant Cielo is good here! Moises was such a good waiter. Overall our stay was good. It’s not the best one even Been in Cancun but overall is nice because the beach you get here is beautiful. They don’t have a lot of sun Chairs high so it’s something I would recommend for them to get. We come to bask in the sun so to us that was important.

Lemon fish service impeccable
Lemon Fish restaurant is one of the best restaurants inside the hotel. The service and the friendly of Jesus and Boris Altamirano were impressive, they let you feel like you are home. Amazing food also has been served. You must try it if you come to Paradisus Cancun

YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED
The service, cleanliness, pool all of it was amazing. The food at Malva was the best for eating. The beach was beautiful and clean. The cabanas was a bet expensive to rent. The Pool side chairs are free but the get gone early so be sure to get yours before you go get breakfast. The resort is on a strip were you can catch the bus and go to Coco Bongo or visit the famous CANCUN sign.. I felt very safe going off site. Overall this resort will be my go to when I come back to Cancun.
