Mar 24, 2025Breathtaking place in paradise!
We have been fortunate to travel to many places but Palafitos is a step above all. The bungalow is spectacular. The pictures do not do it justice. The food it top notch, we had Fernando as our butler and he was truly amazing. The service was very good. Alberto was always available to take us to our scheduled activities. Every one you encounter had a smile and a warm “hola”. They made our stay an unforgettable one.

Superb!
The accommodation was spectacular and the service above and beyond. Although everyone was friendly, always said hello, and were always smiling, Fernando and Alberto made our stay extra special. If you need an extra special place to stay for a memorable experience, this is it.

Palifitos fun
Best trip so far. I can’t thank the staff enough for our amazing trip. Fernando and William were so amazing helping us with the day to day and our beach butler Raphael was on point every day. Alberto was amazing as always and offered rides and unlimited high fives.

A fantastic first time at a all inclusive resort
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at an elite bungalow facing the ocean next to the restaurant and had an amazing time. It was our first time at an all inclusive resort and felt very well taken care of. The meals at the palafitos grill were all amazing and they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. All the food in each of the restaurants at El dorado were included and all drinks. Our butlers stopped by often to check in on us to offer us drinks and see if we needed anything. The elite bungalows were especially worth it since we could snorkel in the water in front of and underneath the bungalows and would see all different kinds of fish. we also loved the view from the glass floor windows and see fish schooling and sting rays during the day. Our favorite place to eat is the palafitos grill , every meal was perfect and delicious. We had a great time thanks to Alberto who drove us around on the golf cart and our butlers Fernanda and Liz made our time here feel super special.
