The greatest and friendliest resort that I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here twice and had the same great butler (William). William was always around at the right times! He’s great!!!! The beach butler (Rafael) was so attentive! The beach bartender never let us get dry. The cart driver (Alberto) was amazing and very helpful at anything! The restaurant with Martin was the best. Nice, friendly, accommodating and helped us celebrate our birthdays. He was amazing!

Great vacation, top notch service
Wonderful service! Every person who works here was extremely helpful. Big thank you to Alberto, William our Butler and Martin at Palafitos restaurant! Great beach, wonderful room, different food to try, and top notch service. Will definitely come back again!

Great Resort and Better People
Great place and great people. Every single person we encountered at Palafitas was amazing. It started with Alberto who constantly shuttled us around with a smile. Our butlers Janet, Aldo and Fernando were top notch. We texted Janet on the way back from a long Isle Mujeres day to put in our food order and when we got back there was a drawn bath, chilled champagne and a nice note and flowers on the bed because according to Janet, she knew we had a long day and wanted to make our night very nice! We ate exclusively at the Palafitas restaurant and were treated great by Eric, Leonardo and Arturo. Gabriel (sommelier) nailed our Cabernet request with a choice from the owner of the resort’s vineyard. Finally, we had a couples massage that was very comfortable and relaxing as well!

Beautiful bungalow exceeded expectations
Paladins was the most beautiful and quiet place. The Bungalows and beauty exceeded expectations . The beach is vast and well kept. The Staff was amazing and so was the food. It is Not a party place at all and closes down around 10pm, but was perfect for what we needed. We will be back.

Alberto is amazing!!!! The whole staff is great! It was hands down one of our best vacations and we will be back again next year! Neat part was at pickup Alberto takes a ton of pics of us at ur room and outside! It was so unexpected but so much appreciated!
