The resort is really nice and our room was AMAZING!! We would definitely go here again. Alberto, Fernanda and Liz were all super friendly and helpful and made sure we had the best experience!

Best honeymoon ever!
Our experience was incredible, we came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have imagined a better trip. The service was great (Ferdinand, William, and Fernando were such a pleasure and always checked in on us). The food variety was incredible and the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you to everyone at the Palafitos, including the cleaners, room service, activity directors, and chefs/waiters. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect honeymoon destination
Palafitos was the perfect spot for our honeymoon! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel at home. Pilar and Yessar were our butlers for the trip and they were quick to help with any questions we had and made sure everything went smoothly! Yessar made a point to check on us at the end of the day to schedule breakfasts, make sure transportation was set, etc. Alberto the bellhop was so welcoming, funny, kind and helpful! They all helped make our stay even more memorable! The food at the palafitos restaurant was outstanding! We attended the elements and the steak dinners and they were 10/10! We also couldn’t get over how good the food was at the beach fiesta. The actual bungalow we stayed in was super romantic! We loved being able to have our privacy with the plunge pool and ocean so we could take full advantage of the experience! We saw a crazy amount of fish and stingrays through the glass flooring too! Overall palafitos was outstanding and we had no complaints!

Really nice place with the overwater bungalows and very nice, welcoming staff. The butlers (Janet & Aldo) and bellman (Alberto) did a lot to ensure our stay went well. We were able to really relax.

Our honeymoon!!
Alberto and yasser were beyond AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond for recommendations and providing us anything we needed! The frozen mango margarita with tajin recommended by Alberto was a huge hit with us!! Yasser thank you for providing us the best experience ever!
