Awesome service.
I so appreciate Tracry Ann's awesome service. She gave us awesome service by being attentive to our wants plus gave us suggestions about the food. She not only was patient with us busy very friendly, well dressed, and professional. Ill be back because if her service. Thank you for having an very competent server. She deserves a bonus.

Excellent location while staying in Kona
We were so happy with our experience at Outrigger - from our check-in and amazing, comfortable, extremely spacious room to the upgraded Voyager 47 experience that included a complimentary breakfast and evening nibbles/cocktails - Tessa and Sharlaine were so welcoming, it was the perfect way to start our day. The pool facilities were never crowded and we enjoyed wandering around the resort.

Amazing.
Tessa, Sharlaine, Fred, Pua, Tyler, Celeste and Maria were amazing hosts at the Outrigger. We had such a chill and amazing experience. All the staff and hosts are professional, remember your name and address everything to assist and fulfil your stay.

Worth the upgrades… Ocean front and Club package
Everything at the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa was wonderful, the resort was amazing. We were able to see the manta rays from out balcony. The luau was definitely a neat experience and the V47 Club crew was awesome! We will definitely be back.
