Great food, clean resort, staff were great! By far the best part was Antonio “chocolaté” with the entertainment during the day! He was so much fun and brought so much energy! He remembered everyone’s name from the previous days making it more personal!

Óleo is my favorite Cancun resort! Small and personal, easy to navigate and has THE BEST staff! Sure, it’s not super fancy but it’s about the experience for us. We don’t travel to new countries to have the same comforts of home. Enrique & Wenceslaus (Almar) Francisco & Karla (Azul) Christian (lobby) and all of the lobby staff and the El Botanero and coffee bar staff have been phenomenal this entire time. I am not big a drinker and they still pay special attention to us. Will be back!

Alma Restaurant experience
The beds are AMAZING and their service is TOP. My husband and I had the pleasure to assist the Alma Restaurant and Edgardo was the kindest and attentive waiter. The food made by Wenceslao was incredible. I had the catch of the day with risotto and shrimp. Everyone should try it.

The Diaz Priceless Experience at Oleo Resort
The customer service was excellent from arrival to departure. We had a group of 38. Check in time was at 3pm and we arrived after 9am. We were checked in, given our all inclusive pass to start accessing services and our bags were secured until the rooms became accessible. As the leader of our group I was surprisingly upgraded to a Junior Suite and had perfect balcony view of both the ocean and the lagoon. My group were all satisfied with their rooms. The mini fridge was restocked and the rooms were cleaned and very spacious. Despite being a small resort, the quality of meals and drinks were on point. I have to big up Felipe our most loved bartender. He made us felt at home and was very entertaining. The kitchen staff are to be commended. They prepared our food with a smile and catered to our request. The pool and Jacuzzi was great! For our family Easter egg hunt the staff even assisted us in hiding our eggs. I wanted to swim in the ocean. The hotel is situated right infront but unfortunately it was rough. Oleo is the perfect place for a relaxed vacation. The Diaz family extends our thanks!

We just loved ir! Specially dinning in Almar. Edgardo Pablo is the best waiter you would ever meet! He is caring, kind, warm, professional and funny. He knows how to make your dinner so memorable that you would definitely plan to come back again.:) We loved it.
