Mar 29, 2025It's an interesting experience and I really love the property but some night grill is needed to have more excitement
I love the hotel cleanliness, the different restaurants also the best restaurant was the red snapper, service was prompt, professional and very timely, however the cane restaurant hostest was not polite, which took 15 mins to recognize and greet us

They was very nic soft and fluffy big and thick would love 2 have some at my house in the United States the hotel in very very very nic and a wonderful place to stay and the veiw is very very nic everything is right there and there in front of u in walking distance

It's was okay could have been better
We had asked for a bassinet for the baby to sleep in from the first night didn't get any , house keeping wasn't the best either went 3 days without Rags and had to keep calling for bath towel,apart from the restaurants wasn't bad just wish they had more options on the menu for room service.

lovely spot, good family vacation locale
We had a great time on this trip - very relaxing, beautiful spot, many fun activities, and good food. Our one complaint would be that we were very aggressively courted to "upgrade" to an "exclusive/premiere" experience, many times while we were there. We tried to be polite that we weren't interested, and eventually had to tell them to stop calling us. i suspect it might be like this everywhere in jamaica - so good to know going into it to just be firm in shutting the soliciting down

Jamaica is a special place and this was an amazing resort to enjoy it at.
I organized a family and friend’s trip for my mom’s 80th birthday! We had the best time ever. Lots of sea life like sea urchins and fish and crabs by the beach for the kids to explore. Bring some water shoes in case. Weather was the best. Want a guaranteed tan, go to Jamaica. Night life was fun. Yes you need to tip or should. They like that. Most are friendly at the resort. Some could smile a bit more. Loved the food. No one got sick. You only need to make reservations for 2 restaurants. Connect with someone that works there to help if reservations are tough to get. We were a party of 10 and it was March break so it was busy. Sharnardo helped us out a lot with that and also booking us private transportation. He was amazing to work with. Friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this resort.
