    My husband and I visit this resort to celebrate our birthdays and were disappointed by how management handle our suite being broken into twice. The staff were very friendly and everything was super clean.

    I was here for 7 days and the only downside is that these 7 days flew by too fast. The people here are very polite and always willing to help you, the hotel is very clean and spacious and the service is top notch.I loved the food and the local booze and the coffee in the coffee shop was amazing, as a former barista and coffee connoisseur I was thrilled with it. The beach was always clean despite the large number of people, I didn't notice any dirt or unnecessary things on the roads, the sand was white and the pool water was very clean with no chlorine smell as is common in pools. The hotel takes great care of all the little things to keep people happy. The food here is varied, to suit all tastes, we often went for lunch but also visited the restaurants and really appreciated the maso they cooked, it was succulent, well priced and without any flaws. I also celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here and they kindly helped us with the event by decorating the room and preparing a romantic dinner with gourmet food. We were very happy with our trip and would recommend this hotel.

    Ocean blue is the best

    Amazing resort great service good food great hospitality, would recommend for families and couples to come for a Relaxing vacation and a good time. Amazing entertainment by their team Drama queen (Ansli ) and shaggy is the best❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Best place to stay in Punta Cana,best butler service!

    Booked into the privilege side and had butler service from Thomas,an amazing guy,we became friends very quickly. His service to us was well beyond any other bulter services we have on anyother trip to date.The room was beautiful,the grounds beautiful,the beach and daybeds and loungers spectacular! Will be coming back every yesr from now on.

    Would deffo go again 😁

    Hubby and I stayed here 13/01/2025 for two weeks . Our room was on the second floor , I am visually impaired , there is no elevators , the reception did move us to a ground floor . I had informed TUI I was visually impaired but since it was a late booking this info might not have been passed on in time . Anyway our room was lovely , we did have a terrace but it faced the road which was noisy and surrounded by bushes so getting bitten by bugs was not high on my list . Anyway no complaints about the room . Mini fridge was stocked daily and even got given extra beer for fridge just by speaking to the guy who comes round in his wee trailer to fill fridges . The maid kept the room spotless , we left a wee tip daily . The buffet is where we ate most of the time , couldn’t be bothered to stand in a very long line to book restaurants to have the same food that’s in the buffet . The staff in the buffet , breakfast , lunch and dinner were all great , they saw we sat at the same table due to my vision and it was close to the buffet that they directed us to that table most of the time . They also had a drink waiting on me , Prosecco , if they saw us coming . We also left a tip each evening . The food is good , I’m very fussy and I managed something every day . Bagels in the morning are lovely . We did try route 66 which was great but again I could have got the same in the buffet . We went to the Italian with friends we made , I ordered beef tagliatelle, I got steak potatoes and veg lol fair dos it was still tasty . The beach is gorgeous try and catch a sunrise . Beautiful. Great they've got a wee train going round taking you from a-b as it’s quite a big place . Brolly in the apartment is a good thing . Now to Privilage . We did not book privilage . From what I saw I won’t be booking it either . I paid a decent amount to get here . Privileged enough to be here . I don’t need a separate drinking place , separate sun beds or a butler to enjoy a holiday , but each to their own , it’s just not for me . I genuinely don’t have any complaints about this place it was a fantastic holiday and I would definitely go back
