    Requirements for Weddings in Costa Rica
    Birth Certificates of both (Bride and Groom): Original and copy
    Passport: Original and copy
    Certificate of civil state: Single state certificate of the home country. Final divorce decree if either party is divorced, death certificate if either part is widowed. Only originals.
    Two witnesses: They cannot be relatives. (If the bride and groom do not bring their own witnesses, the hotel can provide them)
    Additional information: Occupation, addresses, nationalities, ages, of both, bride and groom and witnesses.
    The bride and groom must be at the property at least 4 days prior to the wedding date, in order to finalize the necessary paper work.
    Ceremony must be scheduled with officials at least one month in advance.

    Fair Accomodations; met our needs before we left Costa Rica

    All in all this hotel was okay. I think the cost > accomodation but it met the needs we had for our last night in Costa Rica. It is a standard all-inclusive with standard food and drinks. The landscaping and beach front properties were the highlight. We got to watch a beautiful sunset. There are nice pool areas and other things which we did not get to utilize since we were only there for 1 night. Very close to the airport, private parking lot. The staff was very friendly.

    Conflicted

    Hotel is far from anywhere and costly to get to nearest town. Ants everywhere, including the jets of the hot tub in premium master suite. Hundreds came out when turned on. Food was good but lack of variety.Golf cart that came with room broke down 3 times during our 2 week stay.

    Love Costa Rica

    Beautiful resort lots of howling monkeys and iguanas which is amazing Food was good I would not recommend this resort to anyone with mobility issues. There are lots of stairs and walk ways are steep. We did sunset catamaran is was great thru the resort

    We would have enjoyed our stay so more if it wasn’t so hot eating our meals. We were mistreat times!

    Need to offer more golf carts. It was too hot to walk and had to wait long periods of time for transportation

    Occidental Papagayo -A great pla e to vacay!

    I was very pleased with this resort. It is such a beautiful place, lots of beautiful flowers and greenery. Service is top notch and everyone is so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the servi e workers. There is such a great variety of food and always plentiful and delicious. Our view of the water from our room was absolutely gorgeous and the beach is very nice. We loved the option of receiving full massages at the beach. There were 2 pools, one with a swim-up bar, very nice. Everything was very accommodating for an excellent time. The only thing I would caution is those who have issues with walking up and down steps should ask for a ground floor room. My husband really struggled with the steps of our 2nd floor room. There are alot of steps! However, once you get down the steps, the shuttles were there to take you around the grounds. I would definitely stay there again!
