Yasniri, the entertainment coordinator is excellent. She has a great personality and went out of her way to make the experience nice. She's full of energy and motivated. I come to this resort because of the activities and hills. A great workout if you want it.

Find a better resort.
Don't go unless you want the same food over and over. You can only make a reservation every 3 days at a reataurant onsite , otherwise buffet it is. They dont even provide black pepper. They never refill coffee at breakfast unless you flag them down. Water bottles are supposed to be replenished in the room daily We basically had to BEG for it. Hills, hills, and more hills or steps. They do have a shuttle up and down the hills, but you are made to wait and are at their mercy. There is no food from 5 to 6:30pm. Plan accordingly. Only 6 umbrellas at the pool, so if you like shade, Good luck. No hot water after 6pm. Evidently everyone used it up. Prepare to shower early or take a lukewarm shower. The pool had warmer water, though. Safe in the room didn't work even after maintenance came. Oh and check in was a major mess. It took more than an hour.to check in. The two people at reception were not friendly at all. This property should print out a map, clearly showing paths to and from, and ways to get around. And should provide a schedule of activities. We were told we had two beds, then when we got to the room it was a king. We called and they said sorry we have no doubles left. Also no one ever answers the phone except maybe the operator. reception 929. Guest services 925. Goes to voicemail.and says the mailbox is full. Housekeeping doesn't answer.

Beautiful location, nice setting, OK food
We came here for a pickleball camp. We had never been to an all inclusive resort before. The setting with lots of trees and view of the ocean was great. Enjoyed watching sunrise and the birds, monkeys, coati on the grounds. Were not a fan of constant, pounding music from the pool area and the buffet food was OK, but not great. Massed produced food in a buffet setting is not our favorite.
