Worst experience ever
Don’t let the picture fool you the beach is not a beach but a lagoon is a man-made beach, was not please with the food selection for breakfast is over crowded buffet options are very limited, staff does not care about the guest and the entertainment well that was non existing during my stay there’s the bar is over crowded with 1 or 2 people working the bar. There was so many issues and attitude for the solutions from the staff.

Special service
We experienced an extra effort from Claudia at the reception desk for printing and scanning time sensitive docs! We were highly impressed of the kindness and speediness of Claudia’s personal service for our special demands especially also for making it easy in English

Staff are awesome, drinks are basic.
I liked the fact that this place is smaller compared to many other resorts. Which meant fewer people, but no. The beach is ridiculously small for the place, so you are too close to other folks. The public toilets weren't well maintained. There's only one place for entertainment which is around the pool area, so it was always overcrowded. The food was average, and cocktails were so basic that we didn't want to drink cocktails at all and drank beer instead. Overall, we were happy that the family was together, and we got to enjoy the sun a bit.
