    Best service EVER!!!!!

    What a fabulous hotel. The service was the best I have ever experienced. Big kudos to the food buffet staff, especially Pepe, Vanilly, Alfredo Gil & the best bartender in the world sweet Jose. I will definitely be back. The staff made all the difference in the world. 5 stars to all of them.

    Good hotel for families

    Cesar Torres is the best and the hotel is pretty great for families and friends ,food is great to and pretty around the hotel. Would recommend for a quiet trip and relaxing trip. To talk about the rooms it’s very clean and beautiful , a lot of space to

    Great place!

    Lovely place that is super clean and welcoming, amazing staff that are super helpful and fun, and absolutely amazing cleaning staff, Marisa Nah cleaned our room daily and she is the best!! Good place to go with family or friends with a nice pool, multiple bars and a beach steps away!

    Roger was excellent!!!! And the rest of the entertainment crew

    Came for our honeymoon.Food was good, clean hotel. Entertainment excellent. Weather was beautiful march /April time . Snack bar open 24/7. An assortment of cocktails at the bars was great. We didn't wait long. Our room was nice. Cleaned everyday and bed made up. Can't fault our experience

    My favorite past vacation was at an Occidental hotel

    1. No beach 2. Food isn't good - tasteless and tough meat 3. No beach volleyball Read the hotel description, and it should be updated 4. Loud location Wow loud ro traffic For the price, this isn't worth it I am very disappointed in the Occidental brand which I have experienced before. Sad as I wish I chose other locations for our birthday celebration
