This was a great family resort. Nearly everyone was with young kids, and this resort is ready to handle them. Great kids club with many activities. Beach is kept nice and raked many times a day to remove seaweed, which was in the water multiple days, yet some days had little to none. Pools and lazy river were heated making them nice on cooler days, but the ocean was pretty cool. No much swimming in the ocean. Restaurants were great with plenty of options and high quality food. Alfredo at the Italian restaurant stands out for his service and attention to detail.

Great resort, great staff but perhaps not a great spot for mature adults with no children.
We very much enjoyed our trip. However, there were an unbelievable amount of young children at the resort. There was no adult pool area which was unfortunate. The staff made our trip. I likely wouldn’t return onto this resort only because there are so many children and no adult pool area. However, for young families, I would highly recommend this resort. Roger and the Hostess at Bluewater Grill were phenomenal. Roger at Bordeaux’s was phenomenal also. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and engaging. Blanca and Ronny at the Preferred Lounge were absolutely amazing. As always, Dreams Coffee Shop staff work so hard and were great. Our housekeeping Lady “Yalet” was very efficient, friendly and amazing.

Jan 22, 2026Not for Older Couples Seeking a relaxing Vacation
We have been to many Dreams Resorts in and around the same location as Dreams Natura. To say the least it was the most disappointing one. We are an adult couple in our early 60's and just wanted to have a relaxing vacation. At other locations we enjoyed having designated adult pools as it offered adult couples a chance to enjoy the company of other adults and not have to take cover from young children playing in the pool and drowning our cocktails in pool water not to mentions waiting for service while bartenders are making slushies for the kids. We have been to other Dreams resorts that have pools designated for the different age groups and they work well. We are disappointed that they brought in the reservation system with the App for the A la Carte restaurants. It was better when it was first come, first serve. If you are not on the App shortly after midnight, your chances of getting into your restaurant get much more difficult. Food selection at the A la Carte's not as good as other Dreams resorts which we cannot understand why since they are so close together in the same area. The buffet restaurant with the exception of breakfast was also a disappointment. Many times we would go for lunch and food was not ready or very late coming out. The times we went for Supper, the food was often cold. Breakfast food was good, seating was prompt and initial service of beverages was good but you may be waiting for a while for that coffee refill. We think that they are experiencing staffing shortages and this criticism is not directed at the staff, they were doing the best they could. Entertainment is very minimal and is entirely in the lobby consisting of lounge singers, violinist, Etc. Not the performances we have seen at other Dreams resorts. We have stayed at the Dreams Jade, Sapphire, and Riveria Cancun and had wonderful experiences there and were disappointed as we had the same expectations for the Natura.

This is the first resort we’ve been to of the 20+ all inclusive we’ve visited that we didn’t like. There are some good points - room service was great - but overall it’s small, we couldn’t get in to any speciality restaurants (using the app or walk up), and the app sucks.

We were a group of 28 people. The fantastic service started before we boarded our flight in Vancouver. Fernando Corona messaged us in advance and arranged a shuttle from the airport to the resort. Then Rony, Blanca, Gabrielle, at the preferred club bar made excellent drinks for us and provided great service. Fernando Corona booked all dinners for us for each of the 6 nights we were here. Claudio at himitsu went above and beyond for our kids and elderly parents. Puran Singh at buffet cooked excellent Indian food and kept our parents happy. Mynor at Lobby bar made beautiful drinks into the evening and took care of us. Javier at preferred club swimming pool bar kept us hydrated with yummy drinks for the kids. Luis and Santiago from buffet kept on going and timely service for each meal. Last but not the least, all housekeeping staff were super hospitable, polite and helpful. A tip of the hat to the management for maintaining such great level of service. Can’t wait to visit again.
