This was a terrific experience! The native white whine was the best of show. Juan and Didi were terrific. They were super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The session was short enough to stay interesting, and long enough for me to learn something. I would do this again if I had the chance.

We got back from 8 days family vacation at Dreams Natura. Travelled as a family of 4 with 2 kids 10 n 6. Here is our honest review: Beautiful resort, small in size, perfect to navigate around PROS: 1. Resort is beautiful with lots to do for everyone. They have 4 pools including 1 Adult only Prefered club pool. Pools were not heated while we were there, so it was cold to get in the pools. But we asked and they heat them up sometime between Dec -March weather dependent. It is such a good place for families with kids of all age. 2. Lazy river was so good to be in, except it was also cold while we were there. 3. Entertainment team was the best. We spent Halloween at the resort and had a blast. Miguel from the entertainment is worth mentioning. He made every effort to have people participate in activities. 4. Food was really good. We loved Oceana (seafood) the most, Portofino( italian) n Himitsu(asian) had good food as well. We did not try Mexican restaurent or the Adult only French. 5. Rooms were nice. Good size with all good aminities. We stayed at Prefered and enjoyed the premium location overlooking the pools and ocean. 6. Weddings were never an issue for us at any resort, but we witnessed not more than 5 weddings in our 8 days of stay and they did not interupt any of our activities that we wanted to do for the day. Example, no pools were shut down when there was a wedding, infact everyone in the pool cheered for the wedding squad. So much fun. CONS: 1. Bugs, yes there are bugs but we noticed they are more when or after it rained. We used a bug spray and were okay but still got bit. 2. The resort seemed understaffed. The swimup bar had just 1 bartender and we saw him get overwhelmed at times. Also, the mens washroom besides the pools was closed most of the time when we were there for some upgrade 3. Smell of mold, yes it is there in some parts of the resort but we didnot notice any in our room or corridors. So ignorable, yet noticeable but not bothersome. 4. Beach is brown. If you expect the beach to be blue, this is not the place. BUT the beach was clean with almost NO seeweed. I have seen the beach at Dreams Riviera with thick layer of seaweed; beach looked blue there but still unswimmable. So if the colour dosn't matter to you, its a great beach. Probably not swimable, but enjoyable 5. Basic maintainence of things could be an issue here Bathroom door was worn out at the bottom. Coffee table in room was also worn out. Again not bothersome but noticeable. 6. The toddler/Little kids slides were shut down when we were there. With no one knowing or working on fixing things. Again lack of staff is probably delaying fixups at the resort. Overall we had a wonderful Holiday with most things working for us including food, pools and beach. The staff is super good and we enjoyed staying with Dreams Natura. We will return to this property for being family friendly resort.

The service at this hotel was far below expectations — it basically felt like there was no service at all. If you’re coming to Cancun to enjoy good hospitality, this is definitely not the place to stay.

Aerobics was so much fun with Samantha and didi. They did an amazing job and were super funny!!! They knew how to draw in the crowd! Loved it

Top notch
Incredible and an unforgettable vacation for our family! The staff was so friendly and made us feel so special. The roll glider team knew my son by his first name and ensured his safety was a top priority. Thank you Rod, Ivanna, Moni and Lalo for sending my mullet man down the roll glider and up the rock wall time and time again! See y’all soon!
