The resort is located about 15 minutes from the airport. I did a lot of research before deciding on the perfect destination for my kids to experience Mexico for the first time. Dreams Natura delivered! The staff is friendly and attentive. Our preferred club butler Fernando was always going above and beyond to make our trip memorable. He assisted with dinner reservations and even brought pool toys for the kids to enjoy. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about leaving the kids (7/9) at the explorers club, but the women who care for the kids were so kind and truly did care - lots of fun activities were planned throughout the day. One evening they even took the kids to the beach for a dinner show. The lobby bar is fun in the evening to enjoy live music and family activities. We got to see the tree lighting ceremony and several weddings. The food is good and the SPA is AMAZING!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this resort for your next family vacation.

First the staff and employees were very nice and helpful at this resort. The resort itself was run down. Beds were hard, pillows lumpy and sheets smelt like mildew. The hotel is shaped in a u with the entertainment,pool area in the middle. This was the loudest hotel I was ever at. The walls are thin, any events sounds like you are right there even though you are up In Your room. I emailed before asking if they are able to have food for someone with celiac disease. They said yet. The availability and quality of most of the food was poor. Seemed like it was reheated. We were very disappointed in our stay here. Let me. Say again the staff and employees were so very nice and helpful

Perfect Family Stay — Our Daughter Loved the Kids Club!
One of the absolute highlights—beyond the great food—was the Kids Club. It is truly exceptional. Our 7-year-old daughter, Joy, spent almost the entire day there and loved every minute of it. The staff overall were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and the daily programs changed every day so she was never bored. A few helpful tips for parents: you can’t register through the app — you need to go in person to sign up. Also, since the program includes water activities almost every day, make sure to send sunscreen and a change of clothes. Kids can have lunch or dinner at the buffet, which made everything very convenient for our family. As parents, it was wonderful to see her enjoying herself so much while we also had time to relax. We highly recommend this resort to any family traveling with children — this Kids Club is truly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We would definitely come back! p.s. My daughter enjoyed all the teachers, but she had a special appreciation for Ms. Samantha. Zoey talked about her constantly, and we’re so grateful — thank you, Samantha, for creating such happy memories for our daughter. (고마워요, 사만다! 너무 행복한 시간이었어요)
