Beautiful pool and beach, nice rooms. Not enough sun beds at the pool. If you didn't get there early there would be non left. The food was very average. The wait at the restaurants for dinner was way too long! That was a big problem for us. If you didn't get there by 6:30 you would have to wait a long time unless you went to the buffet restaurant which felt like a cafeteria.

It's a great place to decompress. The staff are constantly working to help you get the best experience and the entertainers are really funny (Jonathan, Happy Boy, Angel, etc.). The rooms were very clean, and the in-room fridge was filled up daily. I would definitely recommend this place for any family that wants to spend some time on the beach (which is beautiful) or even at the pool, where the entertainers organize activities throughout the day. The food was also really good, we went to all the restaurants and the buffet. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Great trip
We had a fun time with the entertainment team. Picachu was always so fun and outgoing. She made us laugh everytime we were around her. We enjoyed the hotel and the dinner on the beach. The food and drinks were good and the beach was beautiful. Would reccomend.

Can’t wait to go back!
We had an amazing time at this resort. Our concierge Emmanuel was super helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend the cabana rentals and ask for Juan David- he was the best! We loved exploring the many restaurants and pools. Beautiful, tranquil, would return.

Dreams is great
This is a great place. The food was delicious at the market cafe. Portofino was our favorite. The room was clean,quiet and comfortable. The beach is spectacular. The pools seemed to go on forever weaving thru the beautiful ground. Picachu was a standout among the entertainment team. I will be back as I live this place.
