Ignacio, Andrea, and the whole team at Nobu went above and beyond for our wedding weekend! I wish I could remember all of their names, but everyone at the resort is an absolute rockstar! They all jump at any opportunity to assist with any last minute details and made our weekend truly magical. I look forward to visiting them all again for our 1st anniversary. Thank you for everything!!!

I just got married here a week ago. First off I want to say Tiffany Leija went above and beyond to make me and new husband to feel special. She did such an amazing job supporting us throughout our stay! Such a beautiful hotel and my favorite Restaurant was Muna and my server the first was so wonderful. Now for everything else.... Many of my guests complained about how long check in took. And some of my guests were charged for the wrong rate or room. My husband's mom was charged for the wrong room and rate when she checked in. She brought it to their attention and they said they would fix it. Her check in took more than over an hour. This rate was not fixed until last minute as she was leaving for the airport and trying to check out. She had to ask them again to fix it. Luckily I came up to lobby to say my goodbyes and saw her at the counter. The receptionist was very rude to her and immediately was nasty to me. I offered to pull my contract out (which shouldn't had happened with all the money being paid to the hotel). Everything should've been already organized. The receptionist was snappy and said she didn't want to see it.....only for her to then ask for my contract 20 min later. Me seeing the dysfunction in her check out I decided to settle my bill as well while I had the time. There was an incorrect charge to my room for $740 for steaming. Another receptionist was not interested in hearing my concerns, she just wanted me to swipe my card. Luckily the manager came out and voided the charge for me. My mother in law almost missed her flight due to how long check out was (almost an hour). I've never experienced such front desk and billing chaos from a hotel. This was disappointing considering it's suppose to be luxury. Honestly I should've been concerned from the beginning when some of my guests were having issues with extending their stay with the same room block rate which was promised in the contract. I had to personally mention it the manager who handled my contracts. If I signed a contract for room blocks no one should have to go through hassle receiving that exact rate. Lastly, the Nobu restaurant had the worst customer service. Beautiful location but the customer service wasn't great which sucks because I spent a lot of money for such a special day. Some of my family decided to get timeshares with Nobu. I was even thinking about it but because the customer service is very careless not sure I'll do that. I Made me feel like it was just a money grab for them and they could careless about my memory.

Tiffany makes NOBU exceptional
NOBU was a beautiful hotel and the rooms and restaurants were excellent. But what really made our stay exceptional was our personal concierge Tiffany! She was amazing and made our stay 5 STAR. The rest of the staff at NOBU was fantastic too. Thank you Tiffany😊. Kevin.

Wonderful Cabo Trip
Wonderful property! Great dining options, chic rooms. We used a cabaña on the beach and had great service. This was my husband and I, perfect for adults, I think some children might get a little restless without a swimmable beach but it is Cabo after all so to be expected. Make sure to grab an avocado pizza at the bar for lunch! We will absolutely return!

Awesome experience
The view in the hotel is fantastic!!! Our house keeper Tiffany is also nice and friendly, she guide us through everything we need in the hotel. The customer service here is good! The food is expensive here but it’s tasty, definitely try the Nobu restaurant.
