Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. My husband and I had the most exceptional stay at the NOBU Residences & Hotel. Truly an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived. Our amazing Concierge/Host Stephano greeted us and he just couldn't have been more wonderful and personable. The property is breathtaking and every single detail is considered in the design and amenities. The food was truly remarkable, as would be expected. What I did not expect was that it would be as exceptional as the actual NOBU restaurant, but all the options on property. Including room service! One of our most memorable meals was at MUNA. Simple top notch. Again, Stephano was incredible. Always so quick to respond to our every request with such authentic kindness. The pool staff at the adult pool were amazing, we spent quite a bit of time there during our stay. Claudia was our favorite server there. Do not hesitate to book a stay at this incredible property! You will not want to leave and we can't wait to return!

Another wonderful trip to Cabo
Had another amazing trip to cabo! Became a member and love all the special attention from our personal concierge Stephano, also had a chance to meet the Prive manager Senen who made sure he introduced himself and gave us a lovely champagne bottle to enjoy our evening. Was checked in directly in the room and check out was seamless. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the sky, unfortunately Ardea Steak house was under remodeling but there are other great options like Muna!.

One of the best vacations ever
The Nobu is absolutely perfect! Our family had an amazing week stay in the private residences. Our 3 bedroom villa was beautiful and well appointed. The spa is top notch and the restaurants are exceptional. Our favorite was Muna for Mediterranean cuisine. Our ambassador, Stephano, made our stay perfect was super responsive and helpful and really made us feel special. He took care of anything we requested. All of the staff are great! The housekeeping staff were amazing. We had a great time at the pool and the wait staff were exceptional. We love everything about this place! We have already booked our next stay in 2025

Nobu the Best!!!!
The most beautiful resort, fabulous restaurants, the food unreal. Amazing fitness room and spa. Impeccable service from all the staff… Our Ambassador Nacho was amazing. Very professional, so accommodating to all our requests. Always smiling and such a great person. Definitely made our stay that much better. Highly recommend Nobu Cabo. Can’t wait to return.

They block Ubers from entering property so the only way to get to airport is to pay $125 taxi which in our case was an old beat up van with no ac. This is unacceptable. Also the valet was laughing at us and being unprofessional with the driver and he didn’t realize I could understand his Spanish. Property is extremely windy and busy so don’t expect to get a pool chair unless you pay an extra $100
