The stay was amazing top to bottom. The room was incredible, very technologically advanced, very well designed and loved our private pool. The food everywhere we ate was amazing too and the service from the stay was incredible. We even had a private concierge who was Michelle and she was amazing.

Exquisite Stay!
Serene, exquisite, and luxurious are some of the words that come to mind when describing our stay at Nobu. A self contained resort with three swimming pools not including the many private pools available for some hotel and residence units, two pickleball courts, a kid’s club, and eight restaurants. The most notable experiences for us were our experiences with our absolutely phenomenal butler, Stefano who was assigned to us at check-in. He was our absolute “go to” for any and all reservations including dining and car reservations, brought extra blankets and pillows, and daily check-ins. Alan at the infinity pool was another notable person who provided absolutely outstanding service. We have never had anyone clean our sunglasses and bring fresh aloe for our faces like he did. Finally Nobu, their signature restaurant is a culinary delight which we experienced twice during our stay. Outstanding! We can’t wait to return.

Wry poor customer service for the hotel ranking - unresponsive front desk, doesn’t answer calls, and promised an upgrade that came with our package that was suddenly reversed. The restaurant staff was fine but front desk and guest services leaves a lot to be desired

Best restaurants in one hotel. The service was top tier. Such a beautiful new and modern hotel with great pools!
Nobu Cabo was as nice of a hotel as we’ve stayed at over the years. Compared to other brands such as Rosewood, Four Seasons and Ritz. The service from the staff was in the top tier of service. We knew them by name: Paul and Alejandro our pool hosts, Luis the lifeguard, Alfredo and Manuel the pool waiters, and our ambassador Eduardo.

The property is gorgeously designed and fastidiously maintained. We are extremely impressed with how clean and well appointed the property is. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the staff is incredibly well-trained and attentive (our Concierge Eduardo was always ready to jump in and help), and most of the restaurants were inventive and delicious. We had very good dinners at Nobu and Muna, and breakfast at Namni was stellar. The Pacific restaurant needs help unfortunately. Dinner across the 5 in our party was uneven and some of the dishes (like the Chicken) were downright overcooked. We didn’t tho back. The pool staff are a standout, jumping into action whenever you need anything. We were generally impressed and plan to try other Nobu properties as a result.
