Stay Away from the Nobu Cabo
I am writing this review currently with my family, including my 2 year old son under duress. We came to the Nobu for 4 nights and had the worst stay imaginable. They are now stopping us from leaving the hotel until we agree to sign and pay for a bill we do not agree with and has us paying for every single thing that we have an issue with. So let’s do a quick review: 1. We paid for a room rate that had an upgrade included, but then got here and there was “no upgrade available,” after we complained and met with a manager, suddenly a room was available. 2. We reached out to our concierge a week in advance to book our massage, reservations, etc. (thanks to all the tripadvisor reviews), but nobody ever responded. So then we found out on Morning 2 that we had lost $300 worth of credits because they could no longer book for the day. 3. So then we go to Spa and it’s not until after I paid for my treatment, and my wife was about to start her treatment, that we learn that the entire wet area is closed for maintenance. When my wife communicated an issue with then failing to communicate this, the MAN at the front desk said “I’m not gonna go back and forth with you about this,” before getting aggressive and waiving his finger in her face. So then, the moment I walk out my massage there are people waiting to tell me I have to immediately come to the front desk. Super relaxing. 4. We meet with the manager to discuss all the issues, and she tells us compassionately that she is going to get to the bottom of things and resolve all our concerns, 36 hrs later, having not heard from her and less than 24 hrs from check out I go to meet with her and she has zero answers, but prints me out a bill that says I owe less than $200 and as a result, she couldn’t het apply any credits. We dealt with a lot of other issues, which I won’t detail here now. That brings us to now. I show up to the front desk for checkout and my bill is suddenly $1200 after only having room service for dinner and coffee for breakfast. Also, none of the credits discussed were applied. So I am concerned and have no time to resolve it, but they have to sign or they will retain me. Simply put, stay away from this place.

Will stay again!!
Great place to stay! The hospitality is unmatched, our concierge/local ambassador Ignacio Cota was 10/10!! He checked in with me every single day and helped with anything I needed! The hotel is far from the city so be sure to add in additional time if venturing off the property.

Great stay and incredible service!
The service and our personal concierge was incredible. He was attentive, communicative and reliable. He made sure that we were taking care of and happy. The entire staff at Nobu was impressive! Would definitely stay again. The resort was clean, beautiful and easy to navigate. People were friendly and it was easy to communicate.

The best babymoon.
The service and the quality is TOP TIER! My husband and I spent our babymoon here and had the best time ever. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean at Nami! Francisco, Alexander and the other waiters go above and beyond to make sure you’re having the best stay possible. They’re super accommodating, helpful, and were a pleasure to spend the day with.

Nice, relaxing stay in Cabo with great food on property
Had a nice stay at the hotel. The check-in process was a little bit rocky, but once we were settled in our room, things greatly improved. Nice rooms, all of the food options on property are very good. Nice gym, although given how popular the gym is, it could be expanded. We had good massages as well. There are plenty of lounge chairs by the pools, so it felt easy to find some quiet space when we wanted it. We loved the M bar and Muna restaurants, but all restaurants were really very good. It was very nice to have our concierge, Ignacio, available to assist us. He was able to help us secure a last minute dinner reservation on Valentine’s Day, which was very much appreciated. *I did find the layout of the property a little bit needlessly awkward. For some reason getting from one side of the property to the other was really akward, creating better, and more obvious pathways would make it easier to flow around the property. For example; getting from your room, to the gym, and then to the pacific restaurant, is just not intuitive at all. The stairs are always in weird locations or behind poorly marked doors.
