Had a great time. Staff was wonderful!! Malu was especially nice and got us to participate in games. Alberto from Maya Rivera buffet was very attentive!! The bar staff was efficient and friendly. We will be retuning to Barcelo. We also were upgraded to Riviera from Palace. It made our stay even more enjoyable!!

Valentine Getaway
We came for a Valentines trip to Mexico and had an incredible time! The entertainment team at the music bar José, Ireli, Malú, María Jose, Fátima kept us energized and smiling the entire time. The best restaurant during our stay was Agave, our waiters Alexander and Omar gave us and incredible experience. 10 out of 10!

Great time
The experience was incredible. Ireli, Jose, Malú, Fátima and Maria were incredible. They do a great job with the entertainment. My girlfriend and I are already planning on coming back soon! We’ve both been to multiple resorts here in Mexico and in DR. This is by far our favorite. If you have the opportunity to come, you should! P.S: Alexander at Agave is an incredible waiter.

The gem in Mexico
Amazing facility amazing property beaches were well manicured clean seaweed was cleaned up daily staff of super friendly drinks were amazing would highly recommend a premium suite unbelievable view unbelievable accommodation was completely blown away

Amazing experience
We had an amazing dinner tonight! The atmosphere was great and the service was over the top, the chicken dinner was so good. Thank you Norma and falondo for a great time! I would highly recommend the Agave restaurant at Barceló Riviera Resort.
