This is a great hotel in the hotel district. Good food and beach. Could use more entertainment. The steak house was amazing. Top notch food and service. Alexander will take good care of you and treat you like royalty. I would recommend this resort and will be back.

This was a combo fam/business trip. We met Emmanuel as our pool server the first day. He was the happiest, friendliest server we had encountered. He would save us seats if he could so he could serve us beverages. He would ask what we wanted and we told him "surprise us". That he did with his OWN recipes that were delish!! By the end of the week, we knew about his situation, his family and his aspirations to become a Manager there. His drive and his personality would def fit that job. We sure surprised him when we asked if he knew how to make "sh$t in the grass". The look on his face along with alot of laughter that came with it. Less than 5 minutes later we had our shots. The AI was clean, turn down service was hit or miss. Room service was 100% on the spot even at 2:00 when we needed water and ice. Food is subjective. The Mexican and Italian restaurants hit it out of the park. The others were bland and repetitive at most. We aren't foodies, but an edible meal at the other place would have been nice. We would return, mostly to see where Manny as we called him will be in the higher ups hopefully!

Fantastic experience
Excellent stay overall! The beach dinner was great. All the staff were amazing. We’ll be coming back! Infinite package is a must if you like luxury. Francisco, Miguel, and Alexis nos cuidaron muy bien! Berenice y Amed in the lounge are incredible!

Best all inclusive and restaurants
The food and restaurants here really make the experience. Many all inclusive a have bland or mediocre food but Havana Steak House is one of the best restaurants we’ve had at an all inclusive. The service by Alexander and Julian was 10+ and they really helped make the trip we took for my dad’s birthday trip! We love having the infinite suite and all the amenities that come with it! This is our 3rd time and we will be coming back !

Sunset Dinner
We had an absolutely fabulous "sunset on the beach" experience at the resort! I cannot recommend this enough! Worth every penny. The natural atmosphere was amazing, the service was remarkable, and the food was fabulous! We've enjoyed many fine dining experiences. The filet mignon was the BEST I have had in my 50+ years. Compliments to the chef! From the moment we were greeted to the last farewell ... 5+ stars! If you are blessed enough to get an opportunity to make a reservation for dinner on the beach, do so! Many thanks to the service provided by Concepcion, Francisco, Miguel, and Alexis Capiton throughout the evening :)
