    Not 5 Star standard

    Lovely pools and staff but food was not great in any of the restaurants - not up to a 5 Star standard at all. Entertainment was ok.. again not what I've experienced in other 5 Star resorts. Weddings going on every day too which was a bit much. No evening beach bar.

    Great family vacation

    Me and my family had a very good time with all the amenities and amazing staff that provided us with great service. Our server ulises provided us with great service at the buffet. And at the poolside miss lucero was a very sweet and attentive person to all eight of us. At the massage place Liz and Andrei gave us the best massage of our life. I will be coming back with my family in the future.

    Great resort

    Alberto the pool concierge was terrific so helpful and really looked after preferred guests. The staff in preferred lounge were also so nice and helpful. There were always so many towels available and chairs either beach or pool so easy to get one. No shortage. Lots of pools and the water was good temperature

    Perfect trip and wedding!

    We had our wedding here in Sept of 2024. We had a total of 60 guests with us and everyone had such a great time. Beautiful resort, kind staff, clean rooms, and a great wedding department. Our wedding was better than I could have ever asked for all thanks to our wedding coordinator Erika Rosales who perfectly executed our vision. -Heather R.

    Amezing place.

    Highly recomende! This place surprice me. We are probably coming back with our chindrens againg next time. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and the drinks to die for. The security es great, there wasn't a single second where we felt unsfe. We are definally comming back.
