We had a wonderful vacation. The grounds were beautiful and all of the employees were super helpful and friendly. There were plenty of seats by the pool and beach, the food was delicious, and the drinks were fabulous! The view from the room was stunning! The bed was super comfortable too!

Great Resort
Amenities and staff were top notch. The room was more than comfortable and the entire resort was clean and comfortable. Excellent food options and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good for adventuring and touring the beautiful Eastern side of the island. We would stay again.

The bartenders at the sun trap were great
Ricardo and Alberto at the sun trap Bar were amazing! Ricardo made us an amazing drink and Alberto took great care of us. They were extremely kind and courteous. Food was delicious. Those two deserve a raise! They were amazing bartenders! They deserve a vacation

Soralice was great!
Soralice, our server on Monday November 18th at the Italian restaurant at Hyatt grand Reserve, was TERRIFIC! She made it a great evening for my wife and me! Friendly; she anticipated our needs and cheerfully accommodated a special order. We will ask for again.

Great bartenders
Great hotel and lovely bartenders I met - Ricardo & Alberto at the Sand Trap. I had really good Long Island ice tea and burger. They were so friendly and very attentive, and they were this way with everyone. The service was great and they are the best! Hope to be back soon.
