    Good place!

    Easy check in and out. Staff friendly, rooms clean excellent location. Bartenders very friendly and fast. Excellent air conditioning. We always stay here the night before a sailing charter. There is a taxi stand very close and close to restaurants.

    Perfect Place To Stay

    The front desk staff is outstanding.We extended our stay by one night. Our original room was not available, so they moved us to a different room, same category (premium waterfront). Our new room was ready at 10:00 AM. We moved our belongings and went off to enjoy the remainder of our day. The room was spacious and lovely. Everything was in good working order. Nice location. We walked to dinner and the botanical gardens.

    Not Paradise

    We are 4 couples traveling together and no one…. All four rooms did not have usable hot water. Two rooms the hot water was scalding and two rooms had cold water . And, the smell! They use a cleaning product that is so strong, one person in our group suffered from a serious headache.

    Business trip.

    When I arrived at reception after travelling 30 hrs to hear they didn't receive my conformation for the booking and didn't have any rooms, strangely though they ended up giving me a suit, the one they quoted originally in the email. I found the welcome at reception very unwelcoming on any of the days I was there, probably doesn't help with the glass screens. The room I found clean, comfortable and well laid out, bed and pillows excellent. Shower strangely didn't have anywhere to put soap or shampoo apart from the floor so I had to keep the door open and use the top outside of the shower. Breakfast, service and quality of food excellent. Overall a comfortable stay. Very good location.

    Maria’s by the sea restaurant is a great place to eat

    Regarding the restaurant we just got back from breakfast and it was perfect. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was great. Prices are reasonable too. There were eight of us and everyone left happy. We would have stayed at the hotel but they were full. I’ve stayed there before and everything was right there too
