  Won’t be coming back

  What a disappointment my family and I’s experience was here. From the food choices and quality to the housekeeping. Just a bad experience. And for what we paid, it’s completely unacceptable. We called housekeeping 4 times the same day (with adequate time in between each call) and they never came, had to sleep on dirty sheets. Not to mention, every single purchase here has a 25% charge on it meaning you’ll spend an extra $25 on every $100 you spend. It’s honestly theft. The attitude from a lot of the workers is uncalled for. People spend huge amounts of money to escape reality with their families for a few days but this place makes me want to go back to my reality. I could go on and on but to keep it brief, dont waste your money here. You’re better off flushing it down the toilet. And the nerve of this place to be titled a 4-Star hotel.

  Best Trip Ever

  From the moment we arrived to our very last minute we fell in love with this resort. As a single mom of two I was nervous coming because I knew my son prefers the pool and my daughter prefers the ocean. How would I be in both places? Well, I came to the right place! The beach centrally located right in front of the water park gave me the opportunity to sit beachside and be in a central place for both my kids! At arrival we were upgraded to a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom suite. It has a wrap around porch fully loaded kitchen family room and two full bathrooms! Walk in closet in the master and all the amenities we could need! Housekeeping came every day and refreshed our rooms which most hotels do not do anymore. The staff….not sure where to begin…the smiles we received on arrival were huge and welcoming….from the front desk to the cleaning lady who sang to us while we waited for a taxi! The people of the Bahamas are beautiful people….I had more wonderful interactions with people on property as well as off property. It felt like a home away from home! I’d like to pay a special thank you to Lakeisha who treated us like we were royalty. She made sure our chairs were ready for us as soon as we came to the beach with towels laid out and funny little towel designs my kids loved EVERY DAY! She gave us great tips for food and even escorted us to a snorkeling spot to make sure we received a fair deal. She constantly checked in on us at the beach to see if we needed anything and would strike up a small conversation with us even though she was extremely busy serving several other guests and making them all feel as we felt. The water park was not huge but big enough for my 12 year old to enjoy it all. He spent most of his time on the awesome flow rider! The grounds were beautifully maintained and even with the ships crowds there was a private beach just for hotel stayers that the employees made sure was kept just for hotel guests. The hotel is located next to all the shopping you could ask for and restaurants in walking distance. No real need for taxis unless looking for something further away. We also went to Stuart Cove for snorkeling by Lakeisha’s recommendation and it was a great experience! It is safe to say we will return to margaritaville. It was one of the most peaceful vacations we have ever had. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

  Awesome day at Margaritaville thanks to Lakesha!

  Lakesha greeted us with a big smile and took care of everything. She was attentive and personable. Truly made our day at the beach perfect. Always checking in on us. Food order and drink orders were handled quickly. “I GOT YOU!” Thank you Lakesha!

  Valentine Experience

  My girlfriend and I came for a Valentine’s getaway. The minute we came in we felt loved, We were told to check in on the one particular Harbour side when we went there mark the bellman welcomed us with opened arms as well as mark on the front desk he was very informing making sure we were all good, our room wasn’t ready when we came and he pressured housekeeping about it making sure we got our room at a appropriate time, Tristian on the front desk team as well is very friendly every time we past the lobby always asked if I needed anything or if we got the stuff we needed to sent to the room. The water parks are great, good restaurant options, great staff, and the movie theatre is nice. Overall, a great experience. Definitely coming back, but a special shout-out to our guys Mark (bellman), Tristian, and Mark (front desk team).

  Excellent Vacation Resort

  We stayed in the One Particular Harbor residences in the ocean view 1 bedroom suite. Room was great and included complimentary tequila, sour mix, and snacks. Upon arrival, we found out we had a butler! The butlers Yuri, Latonya, and William were awesome! The hotel grounds and facilities were sparkling and beautiful. There was a young woman who waited on us in the Vacation Cafe every morning who never wrote anything down and got all 3 orders perfect every day. She was also gracious and lovely. We found the staff to be super nice. There were some instances of uneven bar service as well as running out of things, but nothing vacation impacting. And the whole staff bent over backwards to cater to our adult son with autism. Great job!
