Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

We had the best time, drinks and service were amazing especially at the sports bar. Eduanny Ana was the best bartender, his drinks were great along with his service. We loved him and he made our time here so so enjoyable!! Definitely will be back to see him!!

Food and service were great at the Italian restaurant. Antonio was absolutely awesome. Attentive catering and knowledgeable. It was a five star experience and made ke feel like I was a part of something special. If you go to this resort please go to the Italian restaurant. Sports bar is not recommended.

we live mirage & their staff!
love the butler staff. rafi at the tiki bar makes the best hawaiian!! the staff makes this place worth coming back! kids club needs more things going on but overall the best experience for an easy holiday! love their christmas decor and celebrations! 😍

Exceed expectations
This hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was great(this is a one bedroom apartment), the buffet had a huge selection of meat,seafood,salads,desserts,breads,fruits... At least double/triple the size of what we had in Moon Palace,Iberostars(this is where we are spending our vacations in Mexico). Quality was great,teste was hit and miss but you always could find what you like. We had a personal butler assigned- Francisco. He did a marvelous job to make our vacation great and memorable. Beach was very good, with a lot of shade and sun beds and you always find a place during the day, you don't need to save a place early in the morning. For my taste pools are too narrow and 4 feet deep only, but many and huge. The best restaurants we like are French and steakhouse. Less impressed by Japanese. We were surprised by the resort and definitely will come again, and hope, if Francisco is available, he will make our vacation spectacular as he did a week ago.

We loved it here!
Although this is a big resort, it didn’t feel that way. Eduardo was an outstanding member of this staff, and so was Charlie. Our room was always well-cared for on our time table. We never had trouble with service. We highly recommend coming here.
