Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

It was a great vacation! Ashlin was super friendly when she welcomed us. Great stay! We stayed for 4 days and wish it was longer. We will definitely come back for our next vacation in punta cana. Thank you staff & Majestic mirage! We will be back

Great jym with different simulators.Every day entertainment and dances are held. Wonderful atmosphere in hotel.

My review
Beautiful resort, great service. And our butler Bolivar was amazing! The room was fantastic and huge and the beaches were very nice. Food and drinks were great! Will definitely be coming again. Highly recommend coming here for a vacation.

3rd trip of stunning service in paradise
This was my wife and I’s third trip to the Majestic Mirage. I’ll start by saying that this is the ONLY resort we’ve ever returned to in Punta Cana! We are planning a group trip in January 2026, and while we were starting to look at other options to give our group members, after this latest trip, we are committed to returning to the Majestic Mirage! Here are my highlights. Overall Staff: They are the best staff we’ve ever encountered at any all inclusive resort. Each and every single one of them greeted us with a smile, had impeccable professionalism, and a genuine desire to make sure everything was perfect. Bar staff: I have to give a special shoutout to Rafi, Ana, and Fernandito at the Tiki Bar, who once again were absolutely amazing and top tier representations of the best Majestic Mirage has to offer. When we arrived on this trip, they recognized us from last year and immediately welcomed us back with first bumps and hand shakes. They even remembered our favorite drinks (Get the Brugal Extra Viejo rum with Coke Zero!) Butler: We had Ricardo as our butler this year. He was there to help us from check-in to check-out. Every single day he checked to see how our trip was going and asked what he could do for us. The small requests we asked him were completed with lightning speed. His communication was excellent and we always knew when he was working and looked forward to his daily check-ins. Our butler from last year, Alejandro, recognized us from last year and welcomed us back too. Whenever we saw him, he would also ask us how everything was and offered to help with anything, even without him being assigned to us! Those two are great people. Room: If you want the most sun exposure each day, I highly recommend that you stay in a swim up room in building 3 or 4. These are adult only buildings on the west side of the resort and are our preference, after previously having stayed in building 6 and 7. Plus, it’s very close to the Tiki Bar! We absolutely love the Majestic Mirage and can’t wait to return in 2026 and show our group why we’re making it our 4th trip!

Fantastic Resort
This is our third year here and there are so many reasons why we keep coming back. 1. Hotel cleanliness is fantastic and room is spacious. 2. So many excellent food and drink choices, you can’t go wrong. 3. The customer services are amazing, everyone is so incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely seem to enjoy their work… This brings me to #4(which is my favorite)! The staff that recognized us and were so happy to see us again! The tiki bar service from Rafi, Ana, and Fernandito were fantastic. They knew/remembered our drinks right off the bat, no need to repeat ourselves they knew what to do and DANG were those drinks tasty! Our butler last year Alejandro had seen us in the pool one of our first days there and instantly recognized us, even though he wasn’t our butler this year, anytime we ran into each other he made sure everything was going good and always asked if he needed to help. Our butler this year was Ricardo. Checked in with us every morning, responded promptly to all of the messages we sent, and helped organize things like our dinner reservations. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll of course be back and can’t wait to see everyone again!
