We traveled with a group of 6. From the minute we arrived the staff was very accommodating. Everyone always happy and smiling. We arrived a day later than our friends due to airline issues and was upgraded to the Presidential suite for our stay. 5his was confidently located to everything. We loved it. We also had a butler called Orlando. He was the best. He took care of everything for us. We highly recommend to ask for Orlando. The food, atmosphere alcohol were all top notch. We really enjoyed our server Franklin as well. Such a nice kid. Always smiling and happy. We definitely planning on returning. The Victorianos from the Bayou

Best vacation destination ever. We plan to make it an annual trip.
This was our third trip to the Majestic Elegance. We absolutely love it there. Santiago Encarnacion and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Santiago was on top of all our requests. We just booked our next stay for this coming February. And hope to get Santiago as our butler again.

Unforgettable Stay at Majestic Elegance
Our stay at the Majestic was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! We visited the venue to explore having our wedding there, and Richard, our butler, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We stayed at the Club Elegance Junior Suite, which was perfect. Alexander and Marcos at the bar were phenomenal, providing excellent service and great drinks. Sandy and the team at the gastro restaurant were equally amazing—the food was delicious, and the hibachi experience was both fun and tasty. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Even just walking through the hallways, everyone greeted us with a cheerful “Good morning” or acknowledgment based on the time of day. I wish I had written down all their names because they all contributed to our fantastic stay. One highlight was the bar selection. Unlike other resorts where “all-inclusive” often limits you to local beverages and requires an upgrade for premium options, Majestic offers a top-shelf selection at all bars without the hassle of upgrades. The range of options, including premium drinks like Rémy Martin, was impressive and truly appreciated. The only small confusion we had was about why the three Majestic properties are considered separate hotels, even though they share the same name and standards. However, we assume it helps with management and organization. Ultimately, we decided to have our wedding at the Majestic Colonial because the price difference per night for our guests ($30–$40 less) made it a more convenient option. While the savings may not seem significant to some, it was important for us to prioritize our guests’ comfort and affordability. That said, the vibe at the Colonial was just as wonderful as what we experienced. From the easy and fast check-in process (it took less than 5 minutes!) to the incredible dining experiences, everything was top-notch. The Sea and See restaurant was amazing for breakfast, the buffet lunch was delicious, and the Italian restaurant for lunch one day also exceeded our expectations. Majestic has definitely earned loyal guests in us, and we can’t wait to return—both for our wedding and in the future! We’re especially excited to see Richard and all the wonderful staff who made us feel so at home. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Best service by the best people
This is my wife and I second trip there. We met the most amazing staff the first time we had to come back to see our family! To start our butler Richard made us feel right at home and took care of everything from dinner reservations to spa appointments and even got us a bottle of rum for our room on request. Next we head to the beach where we met the man and the legend Joel he was always one step ahead getting towels for us and making sure we had everything we need! Then we get to the bar staff where I can’t say enough about Maxima and Anyelina they make the best drinks and always knew what we wanted and were enthusiastic to see us again. Then we met Marilonia this year working with them she is great also! The staff here is always awesome and make you feel like you are a part of their family!!!

Top value for the price at this resort. Highly recommend the Elegance Club for a true 5 star experience.
This resort totally exceeded my expectations. Value for the price paid was over the top, much greater than any other AI I have stayed at. It was not perfect, but nothing ever is. Even when things did not go totally as planned, the staff was exceptional and always delivered an amazing experience. For an AI, the food was generally very good. The Limited Gourmand experience was the high point, but other à la cartes were also really good. Buffets were best when we arrived early and everything was fresh. The burgers were surprisingly good, with big beefy patties freshly grilled to order. Elegance Club was totally worth it and made us feel very special. Big shout out to Guzman, our butler, who showed up every day with a big smile, always happy to chat. Also a huge shout out to Yaslin and Deyanira from the Animation team. We had so much fun dancing and laughing with them. Their beautiful smiles and energy were infectious and being around them always guaranteed a good time. This is the first AI resort I have been to where I know I will definitely return (and I have been to many). Already excited to plan our next visit!
