9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.
Table Reservation are required for teppanyaki. No reservation required for the Sushi Bar.

In a typically Italian atmosphere, the restaurant Il Botaccio offers a dinner service with the best and most representative dishes of Italian cuisine. In addition, during the morning and midday, Il Botaccio opens its doors to Elegance Club customers to serve breakfast and for an a la carte lunch. Restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch, exclusively for guests staying at the Elegance Club (Adults only 18+ section).

We had amazing week at the Majestic Elegance. Employees were very friendly and hard working. The grounds were impeccable and we loved the beach. We did not have any poor service all week but would like to recognize Salome, Daniel, Victor and Odelio for consistently going above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back to your beautiful country!

Majestic Elegance/Truly Amazing
What to say about this resort................wow!! What a great week we had.... This resort does it all. It was amazing......first off the elegance club level assigns a butler, our butler was Henry Diaz, well this guy is an ambassador for the resort, he was nothing short of amazing, and that's an understatement. This gentleman did everything right, and surprised us with our room being decorated for our anniversary. We were there to celebrate our 40th year of being married!! The grounds were amazing, the food was amazing.........the beach was amazing..... Speaking of the beach, the beach bar staff, Freancesca, Angelina and of course Santa all 3 ladies hit a home run with their amazing service!! Thx so much ladies.... This resort has so many people return, year over year..........these are just a few reasons as to why.... What a week, Thx again Majestic Elegance!! We were a group of 6, my wife and I and our 2 daughters and their husbands........we all had an amazing week.

Laydar & Henry best staff
Layder was our daily bar tender at the pool bar. He was amazing....so friendly and accommodating. We all started our day with him and ended it as well. Also, Henry was our private butler. Without his services..we would have not been able to function at the resort. He checked on us day and night to make sure we had everything we need. Both of these staff members are the reason we will be back!

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana
We have been to Majestic Elegance several times and once again we had a great time. Very friendly staff, excellent food especially the buffet. Grounds and room exceptionally clean including the beach. The beach was very swimmable and kid friendly. Hobie cat sailing and kayaking available. Elegance club was worth the extra money. Our butler Diego Peguero was fantastic. Checked in with us daily and made reservations for us at several restaurants. We are planning to go back end of March and I would highly recommend this resort.

Hydrotherapy experience
We were gifted hydrotherapy at the spa since we were repeat guests and it was our anniversary. This was our first time to the spa. I had a misconception of what hydrotherapy was. I thought it was just a bunch of different pools that you got to hang out in. It was so much more! Ramon took us on a guided journey through the hydrotherapy experience. We started in an aromatherapy room. Next was a sauna. Then a quick shower and off to the Turkish bath which was intense; the aroma of menthol was invigorating . Next, we went to a cold plunge which was a welcomed refreshing experience after the Turkish bath. After that, a hot tub/spa which was relaxing. NeXT, we moved to a pool with strong massaging jets. Finally, the hot stone room. Our skin felt so alive afterwards. It was a very unique experience and we would 100% do it again and recommend to anyone… especially as a couples experience.
